I wish I found HotSpot Auto parts sooner! Very knowledgeable and the cheapest prices around. They don't try to upsell you or push you to upgrade if you don't want to! I am a female with a bad back (they didn't know that) and I got brakes and routers which are surprisingly heavy and they even walked them out to my car for me! Amazing gentleman!

Cheap local parts, but no returns on electronics, even if unopened and not used. Plus the items I did purchase I found on line for a significantly lower prices. The staff member i dealt with, prob shouldn’t work directly with the public or maybe he needs a long vacation/holiday. I will not be going back there.

When you have an account, you should be giving the customer the discount.I stopped buying from here because of that very reason, I shouldn't have to bring this up with them.I do find the guys there are arrogant.Partsman is a much better place to deal with

Couple days after moving back too the area I ran into issues with my front brakes and needed towed home. Licensed mechanic between jobs with no vehicle and hardly any tools with me yet was a real treat. Called looking for something on the cheap side too get through next couple months, they were $50 cheaper then competition and even delivered too me in north Whitby and don't know me from a hole in the wall. Excellent customer service from both the guy on the phone and the delivery driver, be prepared too be put on hold as he's understandably busy. Will definitely buy from them again!!
