The staff are great when you spending money, but don’t dare return an item. I wasn’t happy with the jumper I got when I got home and tried it on again for an event. I decided to take it back. Was totally ignored when tried to find something else. Had nothing but attitude from the cashier when I didn’t find anything and just wanted my money back. No thanks. I’ll spend my money else where.

The Guess store in Oshawa Center #5954 is bad; that's why they got no Customers . I can understand why people don't want to buy from Guess. The shirt is in perfect condition; I have the receipt and tag on it. The store manager was rude and had no manners for customers."

Staff is super friendly and readily available to help (but not in an annoying way) store is brightly lit and the merchandise both regular and sale items are easy to access and view.

I visited the Oshawa guess store twice this week. On both occasions I was greeted with smiles along with a hello which was very welcoming. Often times I can be indecisive, however Vanessa and Lorna were patient, attentive and responsive to my needs and special requests. The store was well kept and clean too. I wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service during my visits.

Went in today and was very pleased with the young woman who assisted me (Dec. 7 afternoon). She had dark hair (wish I had asked her name). She helped me find a top and then found another one on clearance as well. She explained that it was 50% off ticket (I assumed clearance was the already reduced price). So glad she took the time as I would not have purchased the mustard colour top and it turns out it looks awesome with my pants I have at home! Love it! Great service! Super helpful with sizes. Thank you!

I had the complete pleasure today to be helped by Natasha at the Guess in Oshawa Town.I was in a bit of a frantic rush to find the perfect dress and she did not only that but also found me the right shoes to go with it.She was paitent and I really appreciated her expert opinion in helping me because I was in and out in about 10 mins and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Natasha !!!!

I’ve never had an issue at this location and shop there quite frequently. However I won’t be back after tonight. While paying for my purchase I didn’t want to give my email (which has never been an issue before). The associate advised me I had to give my details in order to get a receipt. I politely declined. She still insisted on getting my email, and stated it was the only way I could get a receipt. I asked her “so if refuse to give my email, your refusing to give me proof of purchase?” She then caught an attitude with me, told me her printer won’t print anything out without email, and GUESS doesn’t spam email. (Which is incorrect by the way…. my boyfriend and I went shopping there two weeks ago and he gave his email for receipt ONLY, and now consistently gets emails from GUESS). I still said no. She got all huffy, and chucked the bag at me with my balled up bodysuit /no receipt in bag across the counter. Very bizarre.

avoid the oshawa center location if having a good customer service experience is important to you!
it was my first time in the store & upon entering my friend & i were immediately greeted by a very nice man. after the kind man greeted my friend & i, i wasn’t spoken to whatsoever on the sales floor by an employee unless i had a question.
i instantly felt judged & extremely unwelcome. i felt like eyes were always on us throughout browsing the store with my friend, despite us being the only customers in the store. you’d think that the associates would have jobs to do other than stand around & watch two women as they shop. it felt as though the women were eyeing my friend & i up & down while we were browsing judging our non branded clothing. the employees seem to have an attitude that they’re better then their customers. two women, one with long black hair & the other with blonde hair, stood far away from us as we were shopping while looking at us & laughing. wether they were talking about us or not, it was very apparent that they were looking at us & laughing. i felt very uncomfortable & judged.
upon checking out, it was very apparent that that the women who was checking us out (women with black hair) wasn’t even trying to be nice. no smiling, no laughing, no asking if we found everything okay or how our day was, nothing.
i understand that we could’ve caught the employees on a day where they were feeling off, we all have those days, but the way the employees were behaving made my friend & i extremely uncomfortable. although, upon reading reviews, it seems that the employees are always like this. i have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. i regret buying something as i feel that i have put my money to a company that hires snotty & rude people. i’m not one to ever leave bad reviews unless my experience was truly terrible, but i have never felt more uncomfortable & unwelcome in a store in my life.
