Can't say enough positive things about this place. Absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable staff who are always open to helping find the best supplies for our pup. The food we buy is only sold at Global so they always make sure there is a bag waiting for us. Thank you all for being so wonderful, Harley really appreciates you!

I shop between this store and the Bowmanville location, whichever I’m closer to at the time. However, this Global Pet store is by far my favourite. The staff are always so nice, pleasant and happy to chat. They have always been so accommodating and order any products that aren’t in store and are prompt at calling to let me know when it’s arrived. My cat was ill and didn’t want to eat at unfortunately the exact same time her regular favourite food was back ordered for weeks because of warehouse supplier issues. After telling them of her grave situation they made some calls to a head office somewhere, pulled some strings and found 2 cases and shipped them immediately. During the weeks of the back order they gladly ordered and offered many different foods to try to see if she would eat and offered returns if she didn’t.
I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience in this store, their customer service is top notch.

The staff are always so welcoming when you walk in the store and always greet you with a smile on their face! If you're looking for something and they don't have it there at that moment, they'll offer to order and get it for you!
My dog loves going in there with me of course to pick a bone out for himself, ??.

The owner Paul is so kind & went above and beyond to help me today. I have a senior pet and we rely on certain products for her that have been impossible to find lately. I was very stressed that we wouldn't be able to find them again after calling around to many stores this morning. Not only did he locate the products for me, but he provided reassurance that we will be able to get what we need from his stores. I am beyond appreciative of this effort and his kindness today.
