Pulled into Costco gas station at Ritson in Oshawa with 37 kms on my fuel gauge. I pulled up to the most forward pump, put in my membership, my payment card and pumped my LAST 20.00 worth of gas, only I DIDN'T get 20.00 worth of gas, I got NOTHING and still had the same 37kms on it that I had when I pulled in. When I pulled the pump from my car, there was no drips, COMPLETELY DRY! I went to the gas attendant who was quick to say that HE believed I that 20.00 worth of gas went into my car, showed him my receipt, he looked at my gas gauge and clearly seen the reading. He then began blaming the sensor on my BRAND NEW 2024 Nissan Kicks that has less than 12,000 kms on it. We then went in to see the duty manager who said that they monitor their pumps and they are regulated BLAH BLAH BLAH!! Proceeded to tell me that he will review the pump report that he will get overnight and if it shows that they are less than 13 liters short, I will get a 20.00 refund. What do you think the chances of that pump coming up short? I can tell you, it's 0!! Not once did they take responsibility for the issue with their pump. I had to drive all the way to the south end to the next cheapest gas station and borrow 20.00 from my daughter to put gas in my car, which gave me 368 kms!!
When I went back to Costco and spoke with the gas attendant and showed him that it was NOT my sensor because I had just pumped 20.00 at Shell, both the gas attendant and ultimately the Duty Manager says that it is my fuel sensor that is delayed. Okay, if my fuel sensor is delayed, why did it not refresh itself and register the 20.00 from Costco between there and the Shell in the south end? Oh, I know because IT'S NOT MY CAR!!! EVERYTHING WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY, MY FAULT, IT WAS MY CAR! Like there is no possible scenario that would be plausible that would cause the pump to fail on their end.
NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! HOW SAD THAT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!

I came to get gas in my car and the workers DON’T do their job.one there was a spot open and they saw that and didn’t direct me to it,two they have a bit of an attitude. I think if you have a job you should do it and be nice about it.

Costco gas ststion is ok .prices are ok sometimes they arent a big enough sayings to drive across the city for a 3 cent diffence then another garage in my neighbour hood . COSTCO HAS TO REALISE WE PAY a yearly membership which means we expect them to provide us a better odvious discount that counts , and 2 cents r 5 cents isnt enough when we meed to come from courtice or whitby for 3 cents whrn the shell next down at the corner is the same come one seriously ... whatd wrng with yhat picture why are we paying costco if they arent providing lower prices then the regular garsge .. thats what id like to find out and so would all of us costco customers

My car wouldn’t start after getting gas at the pump, I notified one of the workers that I unfortunately might be getting my car towed if it doesn’t start and blocking one of the pumps (didn’t get her name but she has pink in her hair) and she was so friendly and supportive which made a stressful situation a little easier. Thank you ?
