This store is useless and people who work here specially a women named serah who robs customers. A week before i brought some shoes which are completely new , i came to replace them because i felt them heavy after coming home...The lady lied first that she was not present when i brought the shoes from the shop. But in reality she was present and told me that i can replace it but cant return it. And when i came to replace it she denied and started talking rudely with me that it cannot be replaced as i have used itbut there was not a single scratch on it. When I asked her to let me talk to manger she again denied it.Then told me i can take a photo and send to the company weather they can take it or not. Again after 5 minutes she denied about it.The lady named Serah is a lier and a very rude women.I do not recommend this shop at all .Its the worst please because of the people who rob the customers in this way.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Coco Shoes in the Oshawa Mall. Lamba, the store manager and her associate, Yasmine, were very helpful and patient. They turned shopping for winter boots from a nightmare into an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Great experience! I was ready to give up on finding shoes for a wedding. Max was so helpful! Thanks to him and my friend I found a pair of beautiful and comfortable shoes! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service Max!

We had a good experience at this coco shoe store. Lamba that was the store manager and she had extremely good customer service, friendly, generous and was helpful answering all our questions for shoes. She seemed exceedingly passionate as a sales associate too. Big thumbs up to Lamba. Thank you

I’ve gone to the Oshawa Centre location and have dealt with Lamba both times. She’s so helpful and gives honest feedback, her customer service will keep bringing me back. Shoes are amazing quality and prices are decent. Ended up buying myself 3 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of shoes today - I was so long overdue. Thank you Lamba, I’ll be back! :)

Lamba is the best associate. I usually have had issues finding shoes in my size. Lamba knew exactly how to help. She used her own personal struggles of finding the same size to tell me exactly what would work for me. Thank you! I followed her lead and I’m happy.

This place has beautiful shoes for those fancy nights out. I happen to be strolling the mall and came across this place and was greeted, helped by Lamba and made felt good being helped in a short amount of time without being ignored like I have in other shoe stores. Plus they have size 5.5! That’s rare in shoe stores especially when buying heels.

I love shopping at Coco shoes, there is a wide selection of beautiful shoes etc Meeting Lamba who has been so polite, pleasant, courteous, helpful made my day ? shopping. This lady knows exactly ? how to approach customers with a greeting smile and you don't want to leave without buying somethingHer warm customer welcoming makes the store the place to go. She is a great and complete asset to the store and it's invironmhent, I recommend it anytime
