“Just wanted to share our experience at Zumiez Oshawa Town Center this afternoon. It was our 1st time checking out this store with our 2 teenagers so we didn't know what to expect. 2 lovely gentleman who were there at the time greeted us and told us about current promotions,showed us around and were so incredibly helpful! They took their time to let our son try different items and sizes to make sure he felt comfortable in his clothes .Answered all our questions and were just genuinely nice people to deal with .This level of customers service is very rare now and I just wanted to take a second and recognize those 2 yonge guys for doing such a great job and being amazing representation of their store .”

I came in today, someone had bought a pair of jeans as a gift. being of gnome/troll size I take a 34-28. They didn't have any but I must have had 4 different sales people come help me and search. I will grab them from another location. But I was super impressed here and will be back to buy my wife some jeans next week.
What was nice, I appear pretty blue collar. Just jeans and a shirt with a ball cap. My wife is the same yet they treated us like professionals.
Well done. I'm a customer now”

“I was on the hunt for 100% cotton cargo pants and I managed to find them at this location. I called ahead and Jessica picked up. She was super friendly and she found what I was looking for so she placed them on hold behind the counter. When I arrived again she was so nice. She welcomed me by name with a smile on her face. Her positive energy honestly made my day. Absolutely incredible customer service.Keep up the good work Jessica and thank you for your help!”

“Sickest shopping experience ever. The staff help you pick out clothes that suit the style you're going for and treat you like family. Very cool people and unique pieces that make any outfit make you look like a rockstar. It can be pricy but very much worth the price tag as these are eye catching pieces. Also gave me a huge discount which was so nice. Will absolutely be back!”

“It's Friday 8pm an hour before the store closes. Matthew, who was in charge of the fitting room was incredible. I tried multiple clothes in different sizes because I didn't know my size. I was going back and forth an bringing the clothes to matthew. He did not question anything and his attitude was incredible. It's really nice to see an amazing detail time and effort that Matthew puts into remerchandising all of the clothes. His attention to detail and friendly hospitality led me to walk away with the clothes I needed! 5 stars to Matthew!!”
“Good place to go sometime the prices alright some maybe able to be better but totally understand you have to make money the website is wonderful I go onto it instead of going into the store our orders are sent out fast and delivered to your door I would say everytime I ordered from Joe fresh my order was to me within the week they have wonderful clothing and more check it out for all the family I just would like maybe a little more selection on colors and style incase your child or yourself would like a different look but again love this store and will recommend it to everyone thanks”
“First time ever in this store. Thursday Sept. 26th around 1 pm. Both the shopping experience and customer service was one of the best I have ever had. My daughter was looking for jeans and we had gone to a couple of other stores in the mall. She is tall so needs a longer length. We were so disgusted by the horrible customer service along with the conditions of one of the other stores change rooms, that we were just going to leave and not bother looking any further. At the last minute we decided to try American Eagle and are we ever glad we did. The young girl we first connected with was so welcoming kind and helpful. It was her first or second day and I have to say, she knows customer service.Then when my daughter was ready to try on the jeans she had picked, the other staff members we dealt with at the change rooms were equally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have mobility issues and one of the young men moved a pile of shirts on a display and made a spot for me to sit while I waited for my daughter to try on her jeans. How very kind and thoughtful. The store and change rooms were clean neat and organized. The staff were happy smiling and seemed to be happy in their jobs, unlike the other places we had been in.
We will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending this store to everyone. Thank you to the staff who made our shopping experience memorable and for helping my daughter find the perfect jeans!”
“I took my daughter in for a specific item she saw online. It was in stock and easy to find. Store was uncluttered and well organized.
Checkout went smoothly, Lexi was our cashier. Unfortunately for the other young cashier two women decided to make it their mission of the night to yell, belittle and threaten her due to some sort of order error. As a cashier I'm sure it wasn't even an error she caused or could fix. Regardless she held it together and remained professional. No one gets paid enough to deal with that level of nonsense.”

“The family and I browsed for Christmas shopping. We ended up buying stuff for our selves lol. We bought a blanket, Christmas ornaments, two wallets, Christmas pj's sets. A good howl for a small trip. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Felt comfortable to look around which made us buy more. Good inventory of items and nice layout of store.
