So sad to give this review on Christmas Eve. I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt. So unfortunate. On Christmas Eve, I was notified of my credit card being ready for pickup - it had been cancelled due to a banking error in November and due to the Canada post strike, has been in limbo for two months. Luckily, someone on customer service agreed to rush a new card to me to a local branch while home for the holidays. I was thrilled to finally have a card for the holidays — especially as I’ve been unable to accumulate points for two months. About an hour after receiving notice, I headed over to the centre to pick it up. I checked Google for operating hours to confirm they would be open, and it was listed to close at 5pm, with no note of early closure for the holidays. Upon getting there at 3:02, a sign was taped to the door stating they closed at 3. I noticed people still in the office, and asked to quickly pick up my card. The woman who answered was immediately hostile. I was of course already stressed, and the energy she met me with truly threw me off. To be two minutes late, and to not be met with kindness, just hurts me to see. And on Christmas eve, no less. I’m sure if she had explained that there was a security protocol (my assumption?)and expressed her apology, I would have really appreciated it. I’ll likely complain formally, but it’s so disheartening to see such negative energy during the holiday season. I don’t live in the area, but my experience with the staff here has been so remarkably negative, to the point that I needed to share my disappointment. I could have been a mother who was depending on that credit card to put food on the table during the holidays. Again, giving people the benefit of the doubt, she could have been having a bad day, as well. But the lack of compassion just shocks me.

Came into this branch to open a new account for my daughter and had the pleasure with dealing with Drashti Patal being our customer service personnel. Drashti was not only friendly, she was also quick and accurate with setting the account up. We got in 10 mins earlier then our scheduled appointment time and was out within 15 mins. Again, Drashti was professional and had a great impression as my daughter's first banking interaction.

Disappointing service. Especially when they verified client details, all the necessary proofs were given still asked us to go to another branch.

ATM isnt open at night anymore, probably because bums sleep there. How about investing in a door card scanner to get in instead of taking out your failure to handle the problem on your customers. Think Ill switch to TD or Rbc as they have an outdoor atm by my house.

I’m not sure what’s up with this bank but it’s so ridiculous that I have came here multiple times and there is always something wrong with your atms!! Not to mention times I stop in the morning to get money out and there are homeless people sleeping in the entrance where the atms are and they place is trashed..

They don’t know how to serve the customers they make the things too complicated that wing your time and at the end they don’t know what to do and how to process the things that you need. They have to ask so many employees and also Also called the customer service. Make you wait for so long just because they don’t know the procedure.

I have not seen such a bad bank branch so far, the employees and especially the manager are not well-versed in the banking system, it is very very bad, I will close my account and move to another bank

Caroline at the front desk was absolutely awful. Was just asking for help and made me feel as though I was illiterate. All she had to say was that she couldn't help me, but instead she belittled me. I don't recommend this branch. Terrible service.
