Extremely good customer service, the blonde woman was extremely kind, patient and considerate. Helped me a lot. I fully reccomend the place as not only do they have what you need. But also because they’re very kind people.

Worst staff, worst service, worst management. Worst products. You guys pay the manager to vape all day. All your sales staff are gamers, hire some technical staff ffs.
I purchased a replacement warranty on something, you guys lied about the warranty, and now you’ve gone and changed locations without calling any of the clients who had products out for repair.
Thankfully you guys are gone from my neighborhood and I’ll never have to shop here again.
This whole store is a joke.

I took my laptop in because it told me the graphics card was not available for some reason. They offered a free 10 minute test and although the initial test was unsuccessful, Alex was able to fix my computer using an alternate method and still didn't charge me. Thanks Alex!

I called the store and spoke with Justin, who advised me to come in on the date in question. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dan, who was beyond fantastic. He was an excellent communicator, took the time to look at my computer, explained everything clearly, and had it all set up within 10 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I walked out with my issue completely resolved. The customer service was amazing—Dan was super patient with me. The store was also very clean, and I had no issues with parking.

Very helpful all of the staff when it came to building my computer, they told me what things would help my computer and gave me all the details on what would be best for my computer. Highly suggest going to these guys if you wanna get a computer built or looking for information on computers

Bought a tv, gaming chair, and other accessories here. The service has always been great and the staff is super helpful. I had gone in looking for an adapter and after describing my devices they knew exactly the type I needed.

So for 30 years I have been managing brick and mortar locations. Specifically in construction supplies. Customer service is worth paying for. That is what I got here.
My 14 year old unit finally kissed us good bye. Originally, my wife and I. She is the producer for a 30 year research team. Edits videos/content well before tik tok. No matter. We went to Best Buy, little easier on the pocket book. Needed a high graphic computer with good memory and processing ability. Could not find it there, nor the fact that after 40 mins... Not a sole even acknowledged us.
Within a few minutes of browsing the store Matthew greeted us. The amount of knowledge this kid has is outstanding. Frankly he could have sold me a plastic box I would have bought it.
Really he took all of our concerns and broke it down and made suggestions. Within less than 15 minutes, sold done and out. $2200 well spent.
When I am hiring again. I will look this kid up. (sorry middle aged so he's a kid to me) Complete respect he blew me away with his sales acumen and knowledge.
I have always had my computer serviced with CC now I will buy the rest of my equipment there too.
