I love call it spring! But the staff especially alisha was so so so rude! She don’t know how to talk with customers! She is so rude and she was also yelling at me in front of other customers! They need to be trained well and they need to know how to talk with customers and customer service!

Talk about complete AIRHEADS! The girls working upfront need to be re-trained in every possible aspect of customer service and transactional procedures. Why in the world would it take over 40 mins for a simple exchange/return? Made me wait so long only to tell me they can’t process and exchange but will process a refund and then cash me out for the second time. I have never in my life ever experienced something so frustrating. And instead of looking on the packing slip with all my personal info the worker proceeded to ask me over 5 times what my email address and address is… Mind numbing experience. I will never shop here again.

My adult daughter & I were in yesterday for her to find sandals for an upcoming destination wedding. There were 2 ladies working and the 1 that started to help us was the rudest retail sales rep we have ever encountered. She talked to her coworker the entire time. When we asked for a new shoe or a different size, she made us feel like we were bothering her.We decided we would absolutely not be spending our $ in a store that treated customers so poorly.As we were leaving I said thank you to her & she couldn't even say "You're welcome!" She just walked away.Zero customers in store...now I know why!Call it spring needs to properly train employees. Without customers you have nothing.
