I can’t believe a store selling $90 sweatshirts with loose threads won’t do a refund when the tags are still attached and it’s well within 10 days. What is the reason for not offering refunds? Stand behind your product and if someone isn’t satisfied refund them. Unacceptable.

The staff where nice enough but the quality of the clothes compared to the price is outrageous. The hoodie came with loose treads all along the pocket.

Good clothes, but they don't offer refunds, and I only found out after the fact. Bought something, walked around the mall, found something better and wanted to do a return. They wouldn't even refund something that I bought within an hour. Bad company policy. Won't shop here again.

Don't forget to read the receipt after you purchase something that says "NO MONEY BACK RETURN"Also in very fine print on a little paper on the counter.

There should be an adult content warning at the entrance of this store because the music they play in the store is not at all appropriate for all ages. The prices are pretty high, but the quality of the clothing is good. The store is very conveniently located nearest to entrance # 7.

Amazing service. Walked in and immediately was greeted by a very generous lady, walked me through the store told me about the clothing, clearance sale and new clothing. I like how they sell clothes other than just Wlkn, like adaias, huff, and guess. I’ve bought from here multiple times it can be expensive but the quality of the clothing is absolutely worth it. Love this store and would highly recommend it.

Danni was the manager we met today.This woman took my super self conscious 16 year old, and totally changed her life today.I can't thank you enough for all you did.She found the PERFECT outfit that actually made her smile. .I recommend this store to all mom's for that hard to shop for young teen!
