Today we went to BestBuy for PS5 and computing accessories, we waited for someone to help as we have some questions after few minutes a young lady Raj came to help us, she was very helpful and kind lady helped me with keyboard and mouse ,i ask her if she can help me with ps5 she said i don't know much about it but can call someone to help you from this section we waited for sometime but other employees were busy i guess , she waited with me until some other employee can help me , she said lets find it out together ,as i had some other stuff as well she helped and carry it all the way to my car, thank you for helping

Take your computer issues to Canada Computers in whitby Instead, stay away from best buy geek squad.
Took my gaming laptop in to see if geek squad would possibly fix it. The ssd card needed replacement and the fan blown out. The Indian man at the counter told me my computer had rare parts and the $100 he was adding as a "quote" wasnt going to be given back to me even if they couldn't fix it/find the parts. Told him that's ridiculous and I will go somewhere else. This man tells me Goodluck and he wouldnt spend a dime on it as it's garbage. Took my service to Canada Computers and had better service right away and the computer is being fixed correctly and without excuses or scams. PLEASE TAKE YOUR COMPUTER ISSUES TO CANADA COMPUTERS IN WHITBY!!!!

I took my mother to this location this morning to purchase a new iPhone for her. Lindsay was AMAZING. she was knowledgeable about the products, plans and special offers. She guided my elderly mother through the process with patience, kindness and ease. Seniors and technology can sometimes be tricky to navigate and she delivered seamless exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thanks so much Lindsay!

Walked into the store today with intention of purchasing an appliance. There were probably close to 10 or so employees literally standing around. Not 1 person said hello or asked if they could help us.... we were in the appliance section for approximately 5 minutes, still no help. So we left. Not good.

Bought a laptop of 1700 CAD from this location exactly an year ago, protection plan and membership got cancelled by its own and I was not even notified. I myself put the information of credit card for auto-renew, membership and protection plan on January and amount for all of the above was deducted but on February the transaction didn't occurred so I followed up and the Customer service agent told me that "it would be deducted on its own by today or tomorrow as you have auto-renew". So naturally I didn't bother about it again but later on I found that no transaction occurred and protection plan on laptop got cancelled. Even I called customer service thrice and all I got from their side was "will give you a call back in 2-5 business days" it is now 10 business days. No call and no message. Poor Customer Service, I was going to buy a new phone from Bestbuy but not anymore.

Tried to designate my wife to be able to pick up my order after I had placed the order. Customer service can’t make the change they said the store that the order is at can only approve that. Customer service couldn’t get ahold of the their own store. So then I’m stuck in limbo waiting for a call back that was supposed to happen within an hour which never came on time (still waiting). All for just trying to get an approval for my wife to pick up the order. Simple request, over complicated process and a waste of time. I’ll be sticking with Amazon and other retailers that are more tailored to reasonable customer service.

I have been managing a brick and mortar store for 30 years. Service is important.
We needed to replace a research team computer. Needed high graphics and editing capability. Had about $2500 to spend. Walked the computer section starting at 6, 6:40 had not even been acknowledged. Did see a lot of sipping from Stanley cups and chatter.
We gave up after 40 mins. Needed to get some technical advice. But couldn't wait any longer. Took a drive up to Canada Computers, within 15 minutes they greeted, sold and left. $2300 invested.
Won't be a next time. I've spent enough here.

This store has gone down hill for years, but it has hit a new low for me. Website say one item remaining in stock. I try to call the store to confirm before going there. You get a useless automated reply. I was then forwarded to a person who couldn't speak english, and wasn't physically at the store in question, so, another dead end. I drive to the store and wait 15 minutes for someone to finally tell me that the website was in error. They were completely out of stock of the item. It's no wonder Amazon is so popular. Experiences like this will drive eveyone away from the useless brick and mortar stores. Thanks for nothing Worst Buy.

I really do like Best buy overall but my latest purchase really pissed me off. I pre-ordered a product over a month ago and the delivery date kept changing. That's fine, delays happen with new products. But then I found out that I could now just gone in to a store and bought the product without a wait. WHY IN THE WORLD are they sending inventory to stores before fulfilling pre-orders!? Isn't that the point of pre-ordering?
On top of that I couldn't get any firm answer from customer support on when I will get the product. I can't even cancel the order since it's "in progress" but it's been in progress for weeks now.
I'm sure I'll get it soon now but it still angers me. Before you pre-order from Best Buy, consider this review and make your own decision.

Lying scamming manager working for a horrible company.
I was sold broken products back to back, when I came for the exchange they gave me another broken computer. I wasted so much time going home, trying to figure out why my computer isn't working, realizing it's broken, then coming all the way back to this garbage store.
I had to come back FOUR TIMES to return one item, they couldn't process my return... Crazy manager.
Beware of Best Buy selling broken products hoping customers dont notice. After you are sold the broken item you'll have the worst time trying to get any help. Customer service at Best Buy is non existent, just like their customer base.

Worst service I have ever got. Despite having more than 10 people in the store, there was only one guy who knows the servicing part. They completed my paperwork for insurance claim and when the time came to actually replace it the guy went on break.
