We are renovating our bathroom. The process of planning & shopping is overwhelming. After visiting two 'big box' stores, we decided to check Bath Depot in Oshawa.
The store is very clean & well organized. There is a variety of styles to choose from at reasonable prices.
Tyler helped us pick our essentials. He was knowledgeable, patient, & his attention to detail is impressive. We were happy to get most of our items here. We will definitely be back to pick up more bath items! We highly recommend shopping at this store.

Highly recommend for your bathroom needs. We walked out of Home Depot and popped in here just to see their options, and were pleasantly surprised. We were expecting high end price tags based off of what we were seeing, but they’re actually very reasonable and competitive. Brian was highly knowledgeable and patient, and helped us select a vanity and shower system that exceeded our needs and expectations. All for an unbeatable price!!!! Thank you Brian!

they have lamps in their flyer, and the salesman tells me they're abathroom store and don't sell lamps.

Horrible Customer service!!!!!! I went in-store to purchase a kitchen sink. The sink I wanted had only 1 left and in Montreal. I waited for it to come in and picked it up from the store a week later. When I went to install the sink, all writing was in Turkish and it was missing a part. Something didn't seem right. I called the store and the staff said they think it was a display sink and that they would contact customer service. I ended up driving to the store when I didn't hear back for a few hours. We already had the old sink out and cut the hole to fit this specific sink. They told me to my face "don't worry we will take care of you". I ended up going to home depot to figure out something to make the sink work and finished the job. A job that should have taken a few hours, took the entire day. Never heard back from the staff so I called 2 weeks later. Was told that Heather no longer works at the Oshawa store and moved to the Scarborough store and that Id have to call customer service myself. So I did. Customer Service said they would call Heather at the other branch and call me back. Two weeks later, heard nothing again!!! Decided to email and make a paper trail. Got a reply and they asked for a phone number or order number. I gave the info right away and never heard back once again.This Company has showed no interest in Customer Satisfaction and has left me hanging in every way possible. Expect that if you have any issues with your purchase that they will NOT be resolved. I gave this company every opportunity to rectify the situation and they never followed through!

I had an amazing experience at Bath Depot Oshawa . The customer service was exception Been in store for a few minutes I feel like I was at home and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I get what I wanted. I would definitely recommend bath depot to anyone who wants to remodel their home. The prices for items are affordable. I would definitely go back again.Thank you Bryan and all the staff at Bath Depot Oshawa. ?.

I’ve purchased a few items from this store and the service and price has certainly earned 5 stars. With how nice the showroom looks, I expected things to a lot more expensive.I’ve only had a couple hiccups along the way. One wasn’t my fault and the matter was rectified immediately with complete satisfaction, and the other was my fault but the staff still went above and beyond to make it better.I hope contractors know about this store, it would be a great place to start looking at getting supplies.Thank you.

5 minutes before closing I’ve run into the store desperate to find a drain system that none of the big chain stores have. Brian was a real saver today! He greeted me with the smile and was able to help me to get exactly what I needed in less than 2 minutes by bringing it from storage. Amazing customer service from him! Thank you, Brian!
