Aritzia has lost an almost 20 year customer. I sent a return with their prepaid shipping label. At some point in-between dropping off the package at Staples, and FedEx delivering the package to Aritzia's warehouse, the items were stolen from the package. Aritzia has taken the stance that I intentionally sent them an empty package. Really? After 20 years all of a sudden I would steal?
They keep saying to let them know if I find the items. This is a completely useless response as I returned the items to Staples. Aritzia has no concept of customer service, customer retention, and no good faith in long term customers. I have disputed this and reported the theft to the police which is something Aritzia should be doing amongst themselves, FedEx, and Staples. Surely the package was insured but I, the customer, am stuck with the bill. Does that make sense? I will never shop at this store again. I will be posting this story everywhere I can to let people know how terrible this company is.

The customer service I had here yesterday was insane… this girl knew it all. Can’t remember her name but very tall and dark long hair. Great experience!

I visited the OC location on August 2nd, around 11:00 AM. Normally it’s hard to find some genuine help, but today was so great. I had Elina (I’m so sorry if that’s the incorrect spelling) help me with a tennis event I was going to, and I finally found the perfect outfit. She was patient, and somehow knew the exact style I was going for and the style that would suit me best. It was seamless and I couldn’t be more grateful. I really hope I see her again next time!

This store is not honest. When I finished to pay for my winter jacket. Cashier white woman said it is final sales. She never mentioned this before I pay. Cheated my money.

Entitled, spoiled, prissy staff. Rude! I bought an item 2 days ago on sale. There was no tag on it and the change rooms were packed so I purchased the item not being told sale items are final sale and you can only receive store credit. She didn’t even look up from the computer and just said it is what it is. Sorry but we have a sign. I said each cashier should be specifically mentioning this upon sale even if it’s busy. Since my pants weren’t tagged I didn’t know until I was home and tried them on that they were a Large Short. So useless to me. Totally disappointed and calling head office. Sick of the lack of customer service these days

As a fashion business profession, I was looking for a fashion forward power jacket or top to go with pants I already owned. I have a Gala that I am hosting and wanted a polished look. Last week , I visited Aritzia, I was pleasantly greeted when arrived and one of the girls started to help me. I explained to her what I was looking for, even had pictures from their website with ideas (new products not available in Oshawa) I told her, I was completed opened to an entirely new outfit, I was willing to drop money. The associate gave me two jackets to try. I went to the change room, which do not have mirrors in them, and came out to see the jackets on. I needed to try a different size. I waited, looked around the change room area, looked out on the showroom floor couldn't find her or anyone. Crickets. After waiting, 15-20 minutes, hanging out in the change room, I gave up, got dressed and hanged the close up on the rack and proceeded to leave the store. I saw the young girl, helping someone else, she ignored me, so I addressed her and said, " I left the jackets in the back, I will go someone else" As, I said that, I passed a group of ladies at the front door, maybe getting training with the manager, no idea, not one of them said anything to me. I hope these girls don't work on commission or have to obtain sales % numbers because I spent my money else where is the mall. Again, money was not a problem for me. My advice to Aritzia, remember every client that walks in the door is there for a reason, checking in with your clients might be a good practice for your employees to do. Even if they are with more than one client at a time, there is alway a polite way to excuse yourself from one client to help another, it's call multi-tasking.

Had a wonderful experience tonight, all of the girls were extremely helpful and made sure I left with exactly what i wanted and felt good in. No pressure, no trying to upsell me on items outside of my interest. Laura in particular went above and beyond. Thankyou!

Best customer service I have seen in a very long time, Thanks to Simone! Simone really stood out. I am not typically inclined to write reviews, but she deserved some recognition for her outstanding attentiveness (without applying pressure), professionalism and kindness. Girls are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond, a few of the girls always keep a look out for items that I want and call me when they come in. Customer service is fantastic.
