Love the design, but the following spring we noticed faults in three stones that have continued to get larger. We tried many times to reach them by phone, but they never picked up and their voicemail was always full. We emailed them and they responded that they would come and look at it, but they never did, and have never responded to further emails.

They got their start ripping people off for their labor. There's more than one person in Oshawa who was hired as extra help on snowy days and never got paid. Going back as far as 2014 they have complaints against them.

I’ve regretted using them to landscape from front yard. They made me pay them in full with the promise that they would sod my lawn. They did not do that as promised. The owner kept dodging our calls and did not respond. When we tried calling from a different number he picked up and promised to return our money but that didn’t happened either. He keeps saying he mailed a check but it never arrived. I cannot believe how unethical and unprofessional they have been. I haven’t been paid and it’s been more than 2 years. Fraudulent is the word I would use to describe this business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.... this is 2.5 years in the making. I wish I had never used this company. Well I had a retaining wall done in my backyard. There were issues with Material and equipment right from the beginning and when I questioned Nate he got all aggressive and threatened to leave the job. Then while his guys were putting down the weeping tile above the ground behind the wall I questioned them and they were like this is the way its done. I'm not the expert so I said ok..... Well guess what now... Around the wall is like a swap as the water isn't draining properly. I have reached out to no response these guys are a joke once they have their money warranty is done. I am checking my legal avenues as we speak as I need to get someone else to come fix their errors.Service: Retaining wall design

Unresponsive after repeat emails and calls. Finally came over very apologetic. Still waiting for the quote 2 months later. Would give 0 stars if I could. These guys don’t care or realize the power of word of mouth.

Acres Landscaping was quick to respond and able to come out and give us a quote right away. When we hired him for the job, we were able to work out a schedule for him to do the work; he was on-time and got the job done quickly and he did it well. I'll be sure to recommend him to any friends who need landscape work done.

Excellent customer service!!! We contacted this company and he was out to the house the same day. They are great people and very professional. They made awesome suggestions that made our backyard look awesome. Very easy and great company to work with!

Acres Landscaping is great to work with. He showed up on time for the estimate and gave a detailed quote for the work that was to be done. He is always easy to get in touch with and very courteous and professional. His guys did an excellent job renovating our front landscaping. We plan on using this company again in the near future.

Acres Landscaping was very professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job! They came up with an idea for our patio area which surpassed our expectations. Concrete is expensive. If you are going to hire a concrete contractor, get the best. Highly recommend them.

They are dedicated to doing the job right and making sure we are 100% satisfied with the result before calling the job done. We would not call anyone else for our landscaping needs.

We hired Acres this winter to do snow removal for a few plazas that we own. After a few bad winters with other companies we were nervous about hiring someone new, but they highly exceeded our expectations. We definitely will be using them in the future and would be happy to recommend them.
