Extremely disappointing customer service. I was asked for ID in an unbelievable manner, with the cashier suggesting I looked under 13, completely ignoring the fact that I have gray hair. When I presented my physical ID, the cashier told me to wait for a minute, and when he finally came back with the item, I decided not to make the purchase. I left the store and will never return. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Drug abuse drinking on the side of store where the beer store is yelling at people will not come here again don't bring your children unsafe Manager feeding them wow what is going on here ? shame on you 711

The employees are very nice and helpful. Their points program is great and I have gotten a lot of free and reduced price items.
They do have a lot of expensive items but their drinks and ready to eat foods are great prices and tasty. I really enjoy their hot dogs and my kids love the nachos.

The pumped charged my sister but did not actually give her the gas. The clerk LIED to her about how the refund worked (she called head office). No one behind the counter while people are outside pumping gas. Many of the employees are rude, talk on their phones and and are just completely unhelpful.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way my son and I were treated by the manager, Richard, at the 711 store. My 9-year-old son had his shirt off in the store, and Richard approached us in an incredibly confrontational manner. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, he chose to yell at and humiliate my son over a policy that was neither posted nor clarified anywhere in the store.
As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see my child subjected to such unnecessary aggression. Richard's behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive. There was absolutely no need to handle the situation with such hostility. Policies should be communicated clearly and respectfully, not through public humiliation.
I expect better from a store like 711, and I hope that management will take immediate action to address Richard's conduct. No customer, especially a child, should have to endure such treatment. I urge the company to provide better training for their staff to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again. Richard should be held accountable for his actions, and I hope to see a prompt and appropriate response from 711 management.

Was here in the store when a man walked in to get a newspaper and 2 workers were installing a new self checkout. The workers were blocking the new paper and the man moved past them to get a paper and it turned into a pushing and yelling match. Real unprofessional of the worker to push yell and name calling this man who looked like he was in his 80's for age.

Worst store ever! Only go here at your own risk. I recently visited this gas station and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The employees were unprofessional, rude, and inattentive. They seemed disinterested in their work and provided poor customer service. Overall, it was a very frustrating visit, and I wouldn't recommend stopping here.

I just went to 711 at Wentworth street. And the lady put my gift card in the system wrong. And it put my funds on hold for 2 weeks. I Reported it to the supervisor guy at the store and all's. He said was oh well very rude. I have reported it to head office. They should be trained on how to use A E gift card. This is not the first time this is happened.I came out of my way to use gift card And now because of them I don't get to use it. Maybe teach your employees how to use a gift card !!! Not my job to train your employees. I will post a picture of the people next time. I'm in there.

Never going here again. Every single time I buy something they try to up sell you on cookies and hot food. I said no thank you 5 times and she still tried to ask my daughter if she wanted a cookie.. they will try and tell you it's free if you get the cookie or food but it's not. You can clearly see it cost you something. I've said something before and they still don't listen when you say no. I'm never going back.

I had absolutely horrendous experience going to the 7-Eleven off of Cedar and Wentworth in Oshawa Ontario. I have never in my entire life felt so degraded as a customer while spending my hard earned money at an establishment. I am honestly sitting here scratching my head on how these employees still have their jobs, as I had talked to locals and they told me that this is normal behaviors as this is what to expect and how to be treated when being served at this location. The staff are rude they truly do have absolutely no customer service standards. In my opinion, they all require retraining. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of using this location unless it's an utmost emergency to avoid this location at all costs. I would not spend my money at an establishment that doesn't value it.

Does 7-Eleven is absolutely ridiculous I have never been to such an unprofessional place in my life the staff are rude inconsiderate and unhelpful have absolutely no customer service can care less about the customers if I could say more importantly I have seen bugs at this location shop here handful of times never again no more I've learned that lesson in my opinion I would strongly suggest to anyone unless it is a dire emergency stay clear of this location and more importantly do not under any circumstances eat here as the staff are uncapped unclean and obviously do not manage this facility property as it is filthy
