“I would like to appreciate the generosity of gentlemen on 2nd Dec for his genuine suggestions to save my 600 Bucks almost got looted by Mr.Lube guys. They asked nail on my tire is on side wall but you guys saved me even after argument. I drove back on my way to BayView Automative service and this guy was quick to identify and pull out the nail which was not made puncture at all.I would highly recommend these guys.”

“Came in with my car during one of their busiest times of the year, beginning of winter.. everyone under the sun wants their tires changed.. here I come with a clanking noise somewhere in the roof, initially thinking it was in my dash..These guys still took me in! Not only did they take the upmost care with taking my car apart (must have gone through 50 white gloves) they spent a full day making it their mission to figure out what was causing this noise and fixed it the point it brought me right back to the day I drove it off the Mazda lot back in ‘09.They also changed my tires, did a full inspection, oil change, and tightened some things in the front of the car’s underside.Finally a garage that cares about cars and does it right!Don’t think twice, bring your vehicle here, these guys will treat you like family and get you sorted out no matter what!These guys deserve TEN STARS!!!”

A year ago, I needed hub rings for my 1994 Mazda Miata that I couldn’t find anywhere, and Colin was able to identify the size and ordered it directly from the manufacturer. This year, he helped me grab a new set of rims and tires. Without his expertise regarding wheel fitment, I wouldn’t have selected this current set which has the exact look and driving feel that I wanted out of the car. They also provided me with new hub rings and lugs for the car during installation without having to order them, as the facility is full of a variety of parts. Overall, they are highly professional and care about the customer.”

“Sam helped us find a ridiculous pin hole on our right rear tire late on a Sunday. Most guys would have given up and said you probably need a new tire. When he found it he brought me over because I think he just wanted me to see... Even with a flashlight you couldn't see the hole but with soapy water a nice healthy bubble was showing signs of life. Extremely satisfied with him finding that pin hole tomorrow was big day for us and we both really needed a car... Thanks Sam much appreciated never in the area so probably won't see me again but glad we dropped in”
“1st time customer Nov 27, 2023 for winter tires.- Competitive pricing and selection compared to other bigger name stores and Costco.- Service took around 1.5hours even with me having to select another set of tires due my mistake of ordering wrong size online.- Large enough waiting area that lets you see inside the garage to watch your car get worked on.- Only downside would be that the installation cost is additional compared to others but I assume the competitive pricing makes up for it.”
“Used to be a great place have been coming for around 5 years my parents also however after the owner died the work and customer service has not been as good but I would still recommend they are fairly priced just be carful as most mechanics try to take your money”
