What a neat shop! Karen and Nancy are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We talked about the benefits of all sorts of products even though I came in for a few specific things. The prices are fair and their selection of products is very impressive. Karen even threw in a few freebees for me.Their rewards program is very cool and I'll definitely be filling my card with stamps. When you go in to visit, just don't be in a hurry, because you'll definitely learn some things if you stay and chat. Thanks ladies!

This is a wonderful place for natural health needs. Karen is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've also ordered online when I wasn't able to get to the store and the customer service is really good. They called to confirm the order and I received it very quickly. Everything was packaged well.
