I was speaking with Will at the Place D’Orleans location regarding an ongoing issue with Bell. No one seems to be able to clear up the mess. Will spent an incredible amount of time on the phone with Bell trying to help me. Very very helpful. The other two gentlemen, Saad and Varun, at the store were very helpful as well. A big thank you to the team.

Excellent experience ? Musa was very helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed after hours and helped me set up and port several lines for my business. Fantastic service. Received fantastic customer care from Brad today switching out my phone. This is my 2nd time going to Wireless Wave (had great help from Nick 2 years ago at Carlingwood). So much effort goes into getting you the best possible deal and he saved me money. What a refreshing change from the big box stores and puts to shame the likes of Bell/Rogers in terms of customer care. Highly recommend and will be back in 2 years. Thanks so much Brad!
