Wow!!! I am shocked. It says that this location was open despite it being remembrance day (they have a pharmacy) and the website says their open. I politely called to ask what time they open because the doors were locked and the women at customer service went off on me! Telling me to check the news and read the paper because they are obviously closed. Lol. I said I'm sorry but the news and your website said you are open. I don't care of you're closed, that's fine...great even. But don't yell at me for asking.
How can they have someone like that answering customer service lines?! That's unbelievable to me. Horrible.

This morning at 7:09 am, I called the Walmart at 3900 Innes Road, Orleans, to confirm their hours. The associate who answered was shockingly rude; she snapped that it was Remembrance Day, rudely suggested I “should have checked the news” to know they wouldn’t open until 12:30 pm, and then hung up on me mid-conversation.
As someone new to Canada, I wasn’t aware of how Remembrance Day affects store hours, which was exactly why I called to ask. This is beyond disappointing. I used to shop here almost every day, but I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers.

Excellent service by Sabhya, she’s so helpful,I got wrong product I went to return that product, she gave us refund and also suggest us product in a very friendly way. She’s so kind.

BAD Bad experience. Not shopping here again.
The guy who is supposed to welcome ALL customers at the entrance, totally ignored me just because of my clothes as a muslim while shouting a huge WELCOME TO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF WALMART to the customer right after me, intentionally making it clear that am not welcomed.
So RUDE and total lack of respect.
Just for reference..today is the 7th of oct at 12:00.
If customers are not treated equally, then do not place someone at the entrance. No one wants your welcome so we do our shopping.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Just bought a $10 salad to get home and find that whoever made it put all scraps on the top, hidden by the top label. The staff are rude and lazy, if you can even find someone, yet there’s always 3 or 4 hovering over you at the self checkout, pointing at things in your cart and asking if you’ve scanned it yet. Absolute garbage. Save yourself the headache and go to Real Canadian Superstore up the street.

Ask your employees to open their eyes more than their brains which think that we are stealing items when we use the automatic checkouts. Next time they will be the ones to pass the items in my place
You don't put enough employees at the checkouts, to avoid the queue we have to use automatic checkouts. and they, since they are perhaps used to stealing, think that everyone is like them. Take care, I have prepared myself well for you next time.

Staff are nice but obviously the American company doesnt care to update their hours for Canadian thanksgiving Monday. I came here after quite a walk, and accidentally rammed the door. Leaving up hours when you aren't open should not be used as free advertising--intentional or not.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. A week ago, I went to buy an iPad, Apple Pencil, and a case. When I arrived, I was informed that the iPad I wanted was out of stock at that location and that I would need to purchase it online.
However, I did find an Apple Magic Keyboard on clearance for $200 off. I asked a worker if I should buy the keyboard now and order the iPad online, and she advised me that it wasn’t worth it, as the case would remain on clearance until it was out of stock.
I went home, bought an iPad from another store, and returned to Walmart the following weekend to buy the case. The case was still in the clearance section, but when I asked a worker to price-check it, he told me it was back to its regular price, despite being in the clearance section.
The employee then took me to customer service, but on the way, a manager stopped us and asked for an explanation. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, basically telling me to accept the situation without offering any solution. The only employee who was apologetic was William, the other employees did not care.
I will not be returning to this store and hope the owner addresses these issues with their staff before it impacts their business further.

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Ottawa (Innes road location). Two customer representatives named Jude and Iyasse helped me tremendously and went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to give them a shout out and I hope they are recognized for their fantastic work and customer service!

It used to be a great grocery store until they started hiring certain group of ppl. Even managers was let go and hire from that certain ethnicity. Some employees can't even speak English properly to give you a simple instructions. Not only this location, this is getting into Many major businesses. Sad and frustrating

OMG! A super rude lady staff at the self cashier refused to do a price check in an item the price was actually wrong. She said she knew the price at the cashier was right! When I asked her she lied! She said the product had two different sizes. As I have a photograph memory, I left a friend at the cashier and went back to the shelf to take a picture (and I was right) . When I came back to the self cashier , I spoke to another staff if I could talk to a supervisor. Then the rude lady came to ask to void my purchase as there was other costumers on line. I said I would not leave until I spoke to a supervisor and I did not want to deal with her anymore. She then got one item from my cart and threw it back very violently. Supervisor came, fixed the price on the item (and one of them was given for free). This staff is a middle aged brunette woman with a long hair. If she does this to you, as to speak to the supervisor!

Crappy customer service, was inquiring about a special product in their flyer for this week, gave them the SKU and they said that 12 were available, but yet won't sell to me or give me a raincheck.
