Amazing service; knowledgeable staff, friendly and efficient. They know their products very well. I was super pleased to refill my cartridges there for a decent price instead of having to buy new ones altogether. About a 15-20 minute waiting period when you drop, you also get a slip with your # on it. Same day job done which is convenient. Located inside STLSC.

We had our wedding save the dates printed at Sure Print after quality issues with another company. They were so quick to respond with a quote (amazing prices!) and had our order printed within two days. We went back for our wedding and rehearsal invitations, and we were so happy with the quality and service again. Can't recommend Sure Print enough!

I sent them a document today (Friday) at lunch time to be printed, with expectations to pick it up on Monday at the earliest. I got an email at 3:30 saying that if I could make it before closing, it was ready to go! Fantastic customer service, and the place I will go to for ALL my printing needs in future!

Sure Print 2507 Boulevard St-Joseph in Orléans, Ontario has a great staff. Today Tuesday, May 31, 2022, was another example. The lady that served me was simply amazing, most cordial, and very helpful. Her name is Angelica Scribnock. She prepared fax for me and helped me with a covering letter to the City of Ottawa Revenue Branch for authorization to bill the tenant. I would be remiss to not praise her to the highest for the way she handled it. Thank you Angelica Scribnock for making this easy for me. You were amazing. From start to the very end you prepared my request with absolute refinement. I walk with a cane and have special needs to get around. Angelica helped me tremendously. Thank you Ms. Scribnock. Also noteworthy, is the fact that This Sure Print charges very reasonable prices for their services, whether sending faxes or photocopying. Actually unbelievable rates. After showing zero interest and a serious lack of communication I had to contact them to finally see if my order was in. The person whom I contacted said my order was ready and I was able to pick it up. I ordered on a tuesday so it could be ready by friday, I even asked them if they were sure about it being in by Friday of course the answer was yes. Well it wasnt in, I missed my deadline and they seemed like it was no issue.Pretty awful experience I would not recommend this place at all.
