I came to the store since St Laurent didn't have any size 10 uggs and I asked for size 10 and was given size 9s again. So I show up the next day to exchange for a 10 and the store isn't even open when it says 9:30am online. Worst experience ever.

Great experience at Soft Moc at Place d'Orleans. Great sales associate and great price given the sale. The quality of these slippers is outstanding and I just bought a second pair as my first (5/6 years old) are a little worse for wear. Definitely recommend their footwear.

I always shop here no issues. Manger was really rude. I got even worst then when I entered the store. Terrible customer service will not be going here anymore unfortunately

Bought a pair of men's ugg boots and the display shoe had a sale sticker on the bottom for over $30 off. This was the boot that I was given along with the matching boot. I noticed after I paid that I was charged full price and the sticker had been removed from the bottom. I called and the employee said unless I could prove it was on sale by coming back with the sticker, I cannot get a refund for the difference (which I could not since it was removed when put in the box).

I want to start by saying that the store associate was fabulous, kind and attentive.
I purchased a shoe that was clearly marked down. The price when scanned was different and the associate reached out to whomever has the authority to make a decision, customer service or HQ. Turns out it was a mistake and they refused to honour the price. First off- mistakes happen. Second price should be honoured, thats always been my experience. They offered me a lesser discount to the mistaken price.
I am not a difficult shopper and worked in retail for years, I understand the reality. At the end of the day, it left me feeling unappreciated and dismissed.
Clearly the customer does not come first for softmoc and they dont stand by their store employees… not sure I will be returning, id rather buy from companies who value the client and employee.

The customer service here is terrible. There were two employees working but the would not stop doing inventory/filling online orders to actually help the customers eventhough it was quite busy. After waiting 10 minutes I was able to try on a pair of boots and wanted to buy them. After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally left the store without making a purchase because I could see I was not going to be waited on for a long time. I went home and just ordered them online. It's clear that no one working there cares about making a sale. I think the owner's copy and paste response to negative reviews pretty much sums up the level of care they have for their customers' experience.

I purchased a few pairs of shoes from SoftMoc's website and chose the option to deliver them to this store location for free. The employees were very helpful, and they let me try on each pair to be sure they fit. Thanks for the good service!

I was the only customer in the store and the two sales associates didn’t even look up from their conversation to acknowledge me. They also don’t seem to answer the phone either. Not sure exactly what they do…

Love it so confortable, the arch of the sandal excellent, at first when you wear the sandals it hurts in between the toes after few wears it’s great, I recommend doe’s sandals ? pour-cent I usually wears size 7 I needed to go with size 6 made bigger

Terrible customer service.Second time coming here after leaving a 1 star review. I thought I would give them another chance but definitely didn't change. Terrible customer service. Employees look miserable and really unpleasant. Literally rather not have shoes then shop here.

I bought my wife a pair of moccasins for Christmas and when she tried to straighten one of the bows the lace broke in her hands.Upon return to the point of purchase (Orleans, ON) the store associate could not resolve the situation and passed me off to a very rude manager who informed my wife and I that she would exchange the product but if any defect appeared on the new pair that Softmoc would not honour the warranty. She also insinuated that it was not the product at fault but my wife, having overtightened the lace. My wife and I were so surprised by the mgrs statement/attitude that we laughed to which she turned on her heal and went to the stock room expressing her disgust that we were so incredulous.As we completed the refund with the original associate I stated that I would no longer be a Softmoc customer to which she flippantly replied “that’s ok we have other customers.Long story short- my wife really wanted those moccasins so off to the St. Laurent store we went. Again I happened to deal with the mgr relaying the story ,and, without putting her on the spot she relayed what should have happened during our visit to the Orleans store which lost a $63 sale.Softmoc did make out ok though as my wife and I walked out of the St. Laurent store leaving $173 of my hard earned money behind.My opinion - the staff at the Orleans store should be in for some recurrent training at the very least.Regards, Russell
