Very sad about my experience here - the owner was working on my first visit to the store last week and she was lovely. I purchased a Royal Dalton figurine which she wrapped for me and when I got home the hand had fallen off. It's very clear it had been glued previously so I emailed (no response), called (no one called back) then went to the store and asked what they would do. I left the item with manager and said she would discuss it with the owner. Three days later she finally called me back to say they will not do anything about it - no refunds, no effort. I said then resell it and she said we can't sell a broken item... when I responded with it's OK to sell a broken item to me but you won't sell it anyone else, she was rude and hung up on me. I get the no refunds policy, but surely they could have done something to make this right, a store credit perhaps, something to show they care, even a little bit? Unfortunately what I thought was going to a great experience was really terrible. BTW there a broken RD - Annette circa 1960s bought and paid for in the store, it's yours if you want it.

The staff are amazing and the quality of the wares is extremely good. Every visit has something new to covet!!

Every time, and I mean EVERY time,there is always a wee treasure to be found. I visit every few months, but I overheard regulars talking about weekly new stuff. Mmmm. Yes, please!Pictured: book ends, sealed containers, and framed birds pictures.

When I picked up my items that hadn't sold there were 2 cups and saucers that were missing. They were very high quality items that had probably sold, but I was never paid for. We looked everywhere in the store but they were gone. Snazzy Seconds made a mistake, so I asked if I could get a small store credit to compensate and they said no, we don't do store credits. They sold my items, did not pay me for them, admitted they made a mistake but were unwilling to compensate me in any way. Not a good and fair way to run a business.
