I would rate my experience with Charissa and Danny at Sleep Country Orleans as absolutely the best. This is the second purchase I have made with Charrisa and have appreciated her knowledge and attention to meeting my needs as a customer. Everything about the experience buying a tempera bed was perfect. Produce knowledge was excellent. Delivery was smooth.
Beds arrived in great condition. Follow-up with Danny the manager was also very helpful.
Thank you to both of you. I will be back when I need a third bed.

I am beyond frustrated with Sleep Country. I ordered a bed on May 18, and here I am, nearly seven weeks later, still without a the bed frame. How long could it possibly take to deliver a bed frame?
Despite making numerous calls and being given empty promises time and again, I am left waiting. Each time I contact customer service, I am assured that the frame will be delivered soon, but nothing changes. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is simply unacceptable.
I expected a reliable and timely service when I made my purchase, but Sleep Country has completely failed to deliver. I will certainly think twice before making another purchase from them and would advise others to do the same. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

Danny Matta went over and beyond to make sure we would be extremely satisfied with the purchase of our mattress. I recommend the Orleans store for great service. Dan makes you feel like family.

We were dreading mattress shopping, but Charissa made it so seamless! Mattress stores can feel overwhelming and not being sure where to start. Charissa listened to our needs, preferences and price point, and guided us in the right direction. We never felt any pressure to purchase. Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this location.

The service at Tenth Line was excellent! Danny was helpful, respectful and courteous. He makes sure that you are pleased with your purchase and we never felt any sales pressure. Because of the great staff and Danny supervisor for more than 15 years Sleep Country on Tenth Line is the best!

Khalid was extremely helpful with choosing a mattress. I had purchased one of the 'boxed' mattress options a few years ago, and regretted it as it was not staying as supportive as I needed. Khalid was very thorough in assessing what my need were, and making strong recommendations. He also went out of his way to track down inventory at another store for me. Delivered to my house, and now 30 days later, I'm very glad to have made the change. Super easy, and stress free. Thanks for all your help.

I hate buying beds. But Alain was just awesome! He made the process super easy, found me comparables and understood the real need to have a bouncy bed for my kids to fight on! I was so happy after, and I look forward to see my kids faces. I have bought many beds here, and it still continues to be my favorite place.

My fiancée got a mattress from here and it's only been 2 months. The mattress is sinking like a ship. Rose needs her jack but wait. Rose is on this sinking mattress as well. That's how this mattress feels and we are having continous back pain.
