“First time using this storage place. I selected and interior storage that is heated and secure with access card and padlock. Very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Easy access to large door and dollys to move the stuff to the storage lockers. Very satisfied so far and will definifely recommend place. The bonus for me is that is 3 minutes from my place!”

“Very good experience at this location. Would've given 5 stars except for the fact that the outside light over my unit was out for a several weeks and I had some difficulty opening the door with the thick layer of frozen snow sealing the bottom of the door at certain times during the winter- but a small shovel and some physical effort allowed me to get the door freed- not that I went to the locker that often during the harshest months of winter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here, payments were easy to make, no problem with security. Also liked the ease of pulling right up to your locker door to load and unload. MUCH faster and easier than Dymon (and half the price), without having to load and then drag stuff onto a dolly and go down winding corridors/and or an elevator before getting back to load your stuff into your car parked in a bay. Hopefully I won't need self storage again (household flood last year), or for a while, but if I do, I will return to this convenient location.”

“I can not praise the General Manager Mirwais and the Installer Max enough. After a nightmare with the 2459 Princess St, Kingston location (see review of that location for full deal with them), we were referred to this location by Uhaul Corporate to fix Kingstons screw up. We had a confirmed appointment set up by corporate as they did not want us going back to the unreliable location that was rather rude to my mother. But, due to a glitch in the system, It did not get confirmed in their system appropriately. We did not find this out until making the over 1 hour drive and arrived early for our appointment. Someone else had made an appointment in the spot, and there was only one installer and one installation bay. However, the General Manager was more than accommodating and helpful, and their installer, Max, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what we were looking at and how badly Kingston location messed up the installation. They got her vehicle up on a lift and we thought that would be all due to the circumstances as we understood that this was not their mess up, but they were full of ideas on how to try and fix it. They were able to accommodate us and help while under no obligation to do so, taking an enormous stress off my mothers shoulders about the safety of her vehicle. They informed us that there was no doubt that Kingston did not know that the hitch my mother had driven away with was unsafe for use. Max was able to fix their screw up so that my mother did not kill someone while driving down the road. Kingston had allowed her to drive away with only 3 of the 8 bolts, all the others either stripped or missing. This could have led to someone being killed and a lawsuit. Also, not to mention the guilt and repercussions of going through such a terrible ordeal. All it would have taken would have been hitting a bump, the screws ripping out, her hitch and e-bikes falling off, causing an accident, potentially injuring and killing someone. I can not imagine the horror that would have ensued. I am thankful to this location for their help and grateful to Mirwais and Max.”

“I booked the truck for the first time so its was little hard for me to understand the driving.
However, the moving was super easy by this uhaul trucks as they were very spacious.
