Worst gas station anywhere!!! There's always some gaping hole on their grounds, be it in the parking lot or like tonight... right by the pumps (which disabled access to 3 of their 8!). Add a low gas COMPARABLE to PetroCanada on 10th line (where ALL their pumps are available!) and, as usual, the queue of cars at Pioneer pours into the side street AND main road of St. Joseph BLVD blocking traffic!!! Mayhem ensues, honking cars and insanity abound. No one from staff directs the cars for orderly service. Smh Next time I pass PetroCanada and figure Pioneer must be cheaper, I'll happily fill my car... knowing that PetroCanada DOES have the EXACT SAME PRICE as this Pioneer hell-hole. Last 3 times HAS proven. Flick! NO more Pioneer!!!
Don't bother replying. IF you did care (???) You would never have allowed this consistent problem at your itty bitty lot to continue.

I’ve tried calling this Pioneer gas station 9 times today. No one is answering the phones. I called the head office to see if I had the proper phone number and they confirmed that I am indeed calling the right number. Since this location does not offer full service gas, it’s not that the staff are outside at the pumps dispensing gas.
Poor customer service in my opinion.

I used to love this location. Never had any issues until Ahmed started working here. First off as someone who manages a retail store you don't sit at a cash talking on your cell phone. Be it holding the phone or talking on blue tooth. He is extremely aggressive and rude to people who try and speak he cuts them off when they try and confirm if he is talking to them or to whoever. He takes it upon himself to change your store pricing purposely removing discounts then lying and saying it is over. I was recently there with a friend and couldn't believe how he chose to spoke to him.When my friend asked if he was talking to him .The only words he says is GAS no hello no goodbye at all. He actually goes back to his phone calls and you feel awkward interrupting him if you want anything else like loto. I'm sure it wouldn't take much to look at your cameras and verify this. He needs a lesson in customer service.

Always the best price in town for gas and cigarettes. Great customer service, Employees are really friendly and helpful. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is the long lineups. This place is a zoo sometimes. Maybe 20 cars waiting outside and a huge lineup inside the store. And there is always only a single attendant handling everything. They certainly need more than 1 attendant to handle the rush and make it a little faster for the customers waiting there.

The young boy or girl with long hair called Simram was extremely rude, no compassion, no conversation and acted like she was better than everyone has no place in a social setting and we as customers that have been going there for over 21 years, shouldn't have to deal with her. Learn this Shimram, you work at a gas station, take it down a notch.
