My 1st experience last year wasn't bad: fix front brakes.Went back for 2nd time last week and got screwed:she gave me estimate to replace a front bar link and front headlight,no mention of cost to run a diagnostic(scan for codes)as check engine light is on.Dropped car to them and went to work.She called later and said nothing wrong was found with diagnostic scan.When I picked up the car,I realized they charged 70$ to run diagnostic,and 75$ for test drive diagnostic.She said because nothing was found when scanning for codes,he decided to go for test drive.I wasn't informed of this at all.Talked to the mechanic and he's not 100% sure what is the problem with solenoid.It seems they're desperately looking for money---post covid welcome!

My dad has been going to Pat's since 2006. His prices are great, Pat's is very knowledgeable, as are his staff. You would miss it if you blinked, but he's better than most of the big names.
