Difficulty shopping here due to their limited hours. 10am on a week day? I work at 8am, close at 5pm? I get home by 4:30pm.
Love the store and the service they provide, it’s unfortunate I can’t shop there more often!
Live across the street but find myself going elsewhere because they’re open late and close early.

I never post reviews like this but my mother had a terrible experience today with the staff, instead of politely ask her to leave the store as they are closing (not a issue) she was yelled at.This needs to be looked into.

A natural food store in Orleans. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't carry your brand, they can order it.

Helpful, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and a nutritionist on staff to help you if you have any questions or need help/suggestions They offer a points program, which does add up, I've recieved money off my order (10.00). Every few months there is a customer appreciation sale, with 20% off all products. They sell bulk herbs & baking ingredients and have a good selection of gluten-free items, also sell groceries & supplements, as well as beauty products. If there's anything you really like, that they have access to, they will special order it in for you, whether just once or on an ongoing basis (if want a specific gluten free bread every couple weeks, etc), they do not charge extra for this service and will give you a call when your item arrives.

I've been a loyal long time customer of this store, great product selection and something for every diet. Customer service from one staff is terrible but the rest of them are really friendly and nice. Otherwise 5 stars.
