I have encountered repeated issues with the cookies from the bakery section. On two occasions, I have found that the cookies were burnt and stale upon returning home. Additionally, I have noticed that discounts for nearly expired items are not consistently applied by the cashiers, resulting in multiple instances where I have paid full price for these products.

I pre-ordered cupcakes 48 hours in advance for an important work party. I had a specific pick up date and time it would be ready. When I arrived, they were nowhere to be found with no explanation. I had to get some display desserts that had been sitting there all day instead. So very disappointed :( The event is today, that's why I had given a very specific pick up date and time.
Follow up: The manager called and gave me a full refund for the desserts and was very helpful :)

Just a huge shout-out to Yvonne at the hot meal bar! She is so polite and kind! Thank you for always being so nice Yvonne! ?
The food from the hot meal bar is always good, and decently priced! The price was 4.99 for 3 chicken tenders with a side of wedges!

Closing early by 4 hours at 6pm on a Saturday for inventory. Are you kidding me? I told manager at the door my concerns. I’ve never seen anything like this. The amount of people they were turning back was incredible. What they are saying is “we don’t value your business so go somewhere else”. I’ll 100% never ever go back! Ill go somewhere where prices are better and value my business!
