Good morning. A cold and impersonal welcome! For a first date it's not great. I left without asking for my rest from the consriller. If only there were another agency in Orléans....I'll give it another try by changing advisors. Too bad, the people at reception are impeccable.

I don't blame the employees. The new way of operating is so impersonal. Need for organization, support. Changes are required Big Time.
