I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the service front desk. They've always been accommodating, polite, and have looked after my car. They've been accommodating in taking in my car when there was an issue and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment.
They've always explained what needs to be done with my car and if there are any issues, they've sent an email with a photo of the problem and suggestions to fix the issue. They do not try to pressure you into making any unnecessary repairs.
I would highly recommend any work that needs to be done on your car.

Friendly front staff, professional and transparent management. They obviously take pride in their work. Also, very efficient, especially if you make an appointment and go early in the morning.

I brought my 2015 Sienna to them and it was my worst repair experience ever! Their technicians are not competent and the manager was not honest to admit it.
It was about a noise in the steering mechanism and in the rear wheels. They toke the car, performed a diagnostic and made an assessment of 2600 CAD.
I agreed and the day after they called me saying that issues were fixed and the car was ready. I picked up my car after paying the full amount and after a few Kms I figured the same noises were still there and the issue was not fixed. I contacted them right away and they asked me to bring it back. after a couple of days I brought the car to them again and the assistant get in with me and he confirmed the noises were still there. They did then a second diagnostic and they called saying that there was another part that is causing the noise and needs to be replaced and asked me for another 2600CAD. I told them that they have already done a diagnostic for this issue and supposed to fix it but because of the 1st faulty diagnostic they couldn't identify the source of the problem and made me pay 2600$ for nothing and now they asked me for another 2600$. The 1st repair is under warranty and I claimed that they have to fix it since I already paid for this same issue but they pretend it's not the same and refuse to fix it. I'm escalating it to a legal service.

I had my car safety inspection done here. The price is reasonable compared to places like Canadian Tire and others. I just needed one repair and they did it the same day. The service was phenomenal and the work was done well and swiftly.

I’ve been taking my car here for years. I trust them immensely. Despite having moved across the city, I still travel 40 minutes to bring my car to them. Always good service. Always good communication. Upon dropping your car off you can see from how busy they are that a lot of the community feels the same way about them. John and Rob are always kind and responsive.

Years ago I was reffeeed to Precision by a friend and have been going back since. The first thing I have noticed and the reason why I will always go to them is that they are extremelly honest. I have always been very satisfied and the folks are very nice. They always answer my questions and also always trying to help. Thank you precision

Great service! My car died and staff took me in even though they were already a few minutes closed. Fixed my car next day and got me on the road. Highly recommend.

Had a tire that had a slow leak plus was hearing a weird sound and knew something was wrong. They fixed my tire immediately and did a diagnostic inspection and found the problems. I have a 2004 Honda Accord and usually once a year for the past 4 years I need to spend some money as some little things happen. I made an appointment for the next day, as it wasn't urgent, for 10 am and picked it up at 4 pm. They were helpful, informative and very efficient. In other words, the service was great! I have no problem recommending them.

Been using them for years (3 vehicles). They’ve always been timely and professional. Most importantly, I don’t feel taken advantage of with unnecessary services, or generally overcharged. I know zero about cars, so it’s a comfort knowing they have my interests in mind. I’ll continue to use them, and recommend you do as well.
