I can easily add another 5-star review to the pile. I had a lot of work done - clutch, struts, lower control arm, sway bar links and an alignment. Right off the bat, Ben was super easy to talk to, was very accommodating and he listened well to my needs. He was quick to produce a clear, transparent quote, and was easily reachable for questions. This continued with Danielle who handled me while the car was in the shop. She provided a great assessment of the issues, including photos and videos, before doing any work. Again, she was easy to reach through both email and phone. The work was well-done on schedule and came in a few hundred dollars under the quote. I won't hesitate to bring my car to their shop in the future.

I went in for replacement tires, an alignment, and new brakes and rotors. The last item was after the dealer advised there was 2mm or less on the brakes.
Turns out the brakes still had 5mm+ left and didn't need to be done yet. Orleans Autopro inspected the brakes and confirmed all parts moving freely, continued with the replacement tires and wheel alignment, and let me know I didn't need the replacement brakes.
They "lost" half the cost of the order, but were honest in a way that ultimately cost them immediate money. I feel like this is a rare quality in any retailer these days.
Fear not Orleans Autopro, you will still reap the reward for your honesty, you've won a new permanent customer!

Napa Auto Peo offers and delivers prompt auto service. Shout out to Jack, the Auto Pro Mechanic, who got my car up and running in less time than I had anticipated. There were multiple parts to be ordered and installed; and Jack got the job done in time for me to pick up my car the same day as it went in.
The Service Desk staff, Danielle and Nick coordinate and manage the garage. They are both very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Thanks to all of you for getting me back on the road safely and in good time.

I had a big repair done to my Jeep Compass. My extended warranty refused to deal with the Jeep Chrysler dealership on Youville Dr. I had it brought to Orleans Auto Pro. I have nothing but praise with Nappa. They worked with my extended warranty, gave me a loaner car. I will only bring my Jeep for service to Auto Pro. Very impressed, thank you.

I recently imported an older vehicle to Canada. During the shipment, the back of vehicle was damaged. Nicholas was promptly able to locate the hard to find parts. He was incredibly resourceful and helpful. I will be going back and would recommend Nicholas to everyone.

These guys rock! I've been taking my car there for a bit over a year, they always do a great job and I'm very thankful for them. Today I got caught in traffic and was a tiny bit later than I should've been to pick up my car but they were very gracious about it. I drive/uber to/from Westboro to use them rather than finding someone closer.
