Tried picking up an online order here and was very disappointed in the client service. After waiting several months for the package to even show up (although I am guessing they simply did not bother to call), the woman at the counter snapped at me when I asked to pick up my order, then slit the BOTTOM OF THE BAG to have me sign my own bill, then KEPT IT and refused to give me a new bag unless I paid for a reusable one. Horrible customer service and I will not be shopping here again!!! Believe the other reviews. This is not a good store.

Rude staff, bad service and waited several months to even be called for an online order pickup. We have family in the area and are not around much. It was a shock to find such poor service in a major city. One of our kids even commented on how mean the staff is as we were leaving the store. Stay away!!!!

Worst shopping experience ever!!!!! I went shopping with my 80 year-old mother and after we paid and the transaction was approved, the clerk kept saying that the transaction failed. I showed her the "Transaction Approved" message on the machine and she still refused to believe me and wanted me to pay again. I refused! She called her manager who even though she was not there sided with the clerk and NOT the customer and said I needed to reoay for the transaction or walk away without our purchases. I called the Credit Card company who said they knew where I was and how much was spent because the transaction DID GO THROUGH....as I was saying all along. After wasting half an hour of my time and much frustration, I had to walk away with NO receipt since they eventually admitted to having problems with the new cash register ..... !!!! This was not even close to my first problem at that store. For years, everytime I had a residual on a gift card, it would take hours and countless calls to Head Office before the problem would get resolved... always because of poor inadequate systems. Without exaggeration, I would say that 9 out if 10 times, I had difficulty in that store (and they were ALWAYS in the wrong).... When I suggested being compensated for the endless frustration and mistakes (including having to go back 3 times because they forgot to remove the electronic device) and all the wasted hours, she laughed.... If I could rate this store -10 (negative ten), I would.
