Big box store prices where you are treated as a member of the community, rather than just another number. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Keep it up!

The WORST for custom team gear. Orders are disorganized, zero communication, takes MONTHS for custom team gear to come in (when I've spent over $800) and when there are mistakes, they do not fix them. If you are a team considering ordering gear through these guys, DON'T DO IT. There are much better companies, with better communication, better availability and online shopping.Edit - there is no record of an order under my name because it was ordered by my partner for our kid. We have been instructed not to call the store to pester about our orders (despite having made orders in June). Maybe spend some time fulfilling outstanding team orders rather than trying to hunt down first names in your customer database.
