I was in the store when a group of people came in, moving stock around and loudly stating they didn’t need anything. It was clear they were just playing around while the staff was busy with real customers. I was impressed by how professional and calm the team remained despite the disruption. I wanted to share my experience to support the store's efforts to maintain a respectful and productive environment."

The sales lady made the following comments.
Désolé, j'ai travaillé fort. Je viens de loin. Me and 2 friends were having fun looking to see if we like it.
In English, sorry. I've worked hard. I came from far away.
I've reported to customer service.
Future clients. Avoid this store. They may have nice stuff but not the best person for sales. The price was expensive.

I went to this store in Gatineau a few months ago and was so pleased with these Gorgeous products. I went back to buy a dress today the lady opened up her store late at 10:10 and gave me a reason that wasn’t my business didn’t even help me with anything tried on a dress asked questions concerning the pocket and told me I was wrong and she continued avoiding me took phone calls and just dismissing me the fact that service à la clientele is very important will not go back……

I am totally awed by this store. I'm a full figured woman and can never find the right style of clothes that are very stylish and conceals my flaws. Beautiful lady assisted me shortly after entering and very helpful. This is not a large store but the quality is unbelievable. I know I'm going back and won't b able to leave without buying something else.

Enjoy shopping here! I always see the same salesclerk and she's quite friendly and helpful. Sorry if I don't remember her name but it seems that she's always working! The next time I'm in the store, I will ask her name and update my review.
