He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we needed. We are incredibly pleased with our purchase and deeply thankful for his help. Best customer service by Ellita at JSK few weeks ago. She was working all on her own helping out several customers at the same time with such tenacity and a smile.
Also would like to mention the friendly and convenient service provided that the delivery area at the back of the store as well.

I went into JYSK in Orleans, such a beautiful store. Staff at this store are very pleasant and so helpful. I was shopping for a desk and chair for my daughter for back to school. Tessa was so much help, helping me decide what would be best suited for my 8 year old. I've had many great interactions with the staff at this location.

Was just at JYSK Orleans to pick up 2 baskets. They were on sale according to sticker on display.
Cashier charged full price. Told her sign posted was lower price.
Cashier attitude was .... not my problem, register /computer says full price.

My mom and I went to JYSK yesterday in Orleans and we had the pleasure to have Debbie to help us find her a new bed. She was very knowledgeable in the products they offer. She made it fun to shop there always smiling with outstanding customer service. We will definitely go back to see her for all our shopping needs.

Debbie (and her colleague - a woman whose name escapes me) were so helpful to us when we went in to buy a new patio set today. They were quick to ensure we could get the number of chairs we needed and getting cushions down from the top shelf. Service with a smile! We were also very pleased to take advantage of the 20% discount promo. The young gentleman in the back was also very helpful in loading our products in our car.
