This is probably my favourite grocery store. They don’t have a lot of non-grocery items which is nice, I don’t buy my socks at the grocery store. There’s not a lot of clutter (bunkers for sale items etc. reducing your ability to move around easily) in the aisles, they’re always well stocked and well organized and clean.

Absolutely love this grocery store. Competitive pricing, freshest produce and meats and usually has everything in stock. Love the PC points program. Very clean store, friendly staff. I drive from downtown to Orleans because of how this store outshines any grocery stores in my area.

The Pharmacy.Nobody ever answers the phone. You wait for prescriptions that are supposed to be filled. There are many people back there wandering around and looks like such confusion. I get refill reminders on items filled. It’s just not pleasant. Every. Single. Time.

Prices have definitely gone up and it’s frustrating. When there is a sale it seems like a lot of those items are not available. Sue was nice to notify me that a truck had arrived and got some of my items for me. Great helpHardly any cashiers available there were some lone line ups.By not having just available product which seems to happen quite often, they are really not helping in making their employees’ lives easier. It’s becoming more and more frustrating shopping there with the lack of availability of their products. Will probably be shopping elsewhere.

I am writing to share my recent experience at Nofrills Orleans location and to express my concerns regarding the level of customer service provided. Today, I visited this store and had an encounter at one of the checkout counters that left me somewhat unsatisfied. While most of staff members are typically polite and helpful, I regret to report that my experience with one particular cashier was less than satisfactory.During my visit, I approached a checkout counter that appeared to be unoccupied after observing that three other counters had lines. As I approached, the cashier, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, abruptly left her post without any explanation or courteous acknowledgment. I'm sure she saw me and left with no expression on her face. Her behavior left me feeling somewhat unwelcome and puzzled.I believe that positive customer experiences are essential in retaining loyal customers and building a strong reputation for your establishment.I kindly request that you consider addressing this matter within your team, emphasizing the importance of clear and respectful communication with customers. Encouraging a customer-centric approach among your staff can go a long way in ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.I value my relationship as a customer with Nofrills and genuinely hope that my feedback can contribute to enhancing the overall experience for both me and future patrons.

Great prices and service. If I can't something they are always willing to look in back for me. All the staff are great and always have smiles on their face. In particular kudos to Colleen at the cash as she's always friendly and willing to chat and truly makes my day

I have always been happy with No Frills. But not anymore. The new self serve checkout policy of no carts allowed is unreasonable. I had 7 items, enough to be express but too much to carry. The lines to the cashiers were long and self check out would be great. I had to carry and balance all my items in my arms to get to the register. Then leave them there as I walked around to get my cart(so I could get my $1 back). This process didn't seem very express to me. I mentioned this to the two young men working there and they said it was for "safety reasons". Huh? Sorry no frills ...you lost me and my business.

Sometimes they have good deals, otherwise it's just another overpriced store.Horrible checkout system, you can't bring baskets past the self checkout area, and if you have a cart, there are bars preventing you from bringing it into the self checkout area. I had to manually carry 5+ watermelons, among other things, into the self checkout area, and then to my car! This is ridiculous and should immediately be fixed!

This review relates to the service received from the pharmacy team. I realize they are quite busy at times, but customer service should still be respected be it in person or on the phone. I dealt with both instances today and was not impressed with either. Thankfully they transferred something to another store and will transfer my file to the same one as I was not impressed for a 1st time. I was not the only customer who was left in the dark either.

I like coming here and pick up my main groceries from here usually. It's normally pretty calm during the day and the self checkout has no carts allowed so it actually moves quicker. The self check out works well and is efficient unlike others. Staff here is friendly and helpful. They are pretty good about having stuff in stock except Mon-Wed you take your chances as they are restocking.

Went in yesterday needing some produce. everything looked like they were left in the heat for days, maybe the back-store refrigerator was not working for the last couple weeks? Mangos, cherries, romaine lettuce were all wayyyy past their prime, I looked at a few berries, found 2 packages with mold in 20 seconds..
