We went to the store on March 9 around 5 p.m. and there was an employee (she was wearing a hijab) at the perfume counter who you will know absolutely nothing about as a customer. We are presented to buy perfumes (4 perfumes) and the people completely ignore us. I asked her if there was a perfume in particular, she turns her back towards us to check, she replies with an air that we are not welcome and she takes her cell phone and starts playing with her cell phone and leaves us there. counter like that without telling us anything. We took our stuff and left absolutely not satisfied.. We will NEVER return because customers are not welcome in this store.

Had to go to this store as they forgot to remove a security tag from an item I bought a year ago. They refused to remove the security card. I told them they're free to search in their system to see the purchases on my CC. Had to go through 3 levels until a manager finally removed the security tag. I asked for an apology for having to waste my time and embarrass myself and the manager offered to call security on me. I'm glad the internet is wiping out garbage business's like this.

I dropped by the afternoon of the 31( Sunday afternoon ) and stood at the counter for 30 minutes without getting a hello or how can I help you from the two ladies who were behind the counter . A man approached and he wasn’t even trying to look and they both surrounded him and asked him if he needed any help within the first minute. We were willing to spend tones of cash on high end perfume but we disgusted by the treatment. It’s like we were not even there . I approached and then the lady who was willing to help the guy told me she couldn’t help me but that her associate would . I asked if there were any free gifts to go with the hundreds I was about to spend and was told No ! So I walked out . I have learned that if you’re not willing to give me good customer service then I will walk out and get it somewhere else . You guys are going to go out of business because everyone is shopping online and you should treasure the customers who come in person to buy from you . I might have to start shopping online or just try the perfume scents and then go home and order it from another company . If you don’t train your sales people what the meaning of customer service is , then your store will be redundant and end up like all the stores that have gone out of business . They all need training and it starts with the manager .

Inregards to clothing, it's unappealing & overpriced. If this store was entirely Zellers it would be better.

I’ve been shopping at this store for a long time. In the past couple of years the service is been declining. Last time a bought a sweater at Olsen. I asked the clerk several times if it is final sale as I didn’t have time to try it on. She reassure me that it is not.The sweater did not fit me , tried to return it to find out that I am not able to as it is “final sale”.Now, I ended up with an expensive sweater that I won’t use.Please hire reliable customer service staff as this is not acceptable.

Unfortunately this store has changed, and not for the better. We shopped here many times over the past 15 years for clothing (babies, kids, adults), appliances and household items.In the past several years the men's department has become increasingly crowded, disorganized, and looking more like a regional destination for bargain/sale items. The overall selection is becoming increasingly sparse, and the current staff (fall 2023) are not all customer-centric.Last week we waited in line with over $300 in winter clothing at the main cashier while one cashier handled all the customers, and two other staff members stood at the end of the counter chatting about their weekend - loudly enough that we know where they went, with whom, and who is soon gonna breaking up.Ultimately we ditched the clothes and went to Mark's Warehouse at the other end of the mall - what we couldn't find their we bought on Amazon.It's unfortunate because they have good quality merchandise, but the customer-last approach among some staff has made it a permanent pass for us. Service at the Bayshore and Rideau locations is worlds apart.

The men's clothing is great. There is not enough staff to help out customers. The location of displays is not well situated to be eye-catching.

Very enjoyable shopping experience in a relaxed environment. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Lots of free parking and easy access.
