“There"re two Fabricland stores in Ottawa area. One is in Ottawa, and the other one in Orleans.I visited both, and what a difference! Like two different planents they are!The one in Orleans is so clean, well organized; their staff is very friendly, helpful, and they all look happy. The place has wonderful energy!Frankly, I didn't find ANY of the above in the Ottawa store; in fact, I left there quite unhappy promising myself to shop somewhere else next time. So, if you need to shop at Fabricland I suggest the Orleans' one. They also have a better choice of fabrics and accessories, and it's easier to find what you are looking for.”

“Came to buy stools and forgot my measuring tape. They had one just for people like me. I wanted to try a stool that was on the top shelve, no issues. When we went to order, they didn't have 4 at the store but were able to order it to another store that I was traveling by later that day. The other location had the items at the front, and it was a quick show of receipt, and then I was off.”
