“This babies "R" Us is conjoined with Toys "R" Us, so its super convenient for some one stop shopping. The store is clean and bright, with washrooms right by the entrance, as well as a roomy family washroom. The family washroom was great, with a comfy recliner for feeding baby and a clean changing area. They even had a bottle warmer on the table. There are kids activities set up on the weekends like drawing and story time, as well an appearance from their mascot, the giraffe. Large parking lot, with designated expectant mothers parking.”
“Item ordered on line was out of stock. Went to see if it was available in store. It wasn't so staff member ordered it on a different site. She was sucessful and I had the item within a couple of days. Thank you. ?”

“The experience is incredible after digging through bins at Value Village. The clothes are actually organized and hanged with no big damage. I love the clothes I got for my one year old and it was so fast to pick them out. I wish had known to come here sooner because there is other stuff I could have bought used (high chairs, toys).
All of the clothes are inexpensive regardless of brand, unlike Value Village which will mark certain brands way up. I think some customers are cheesed when they try to sell brand name or designer clothes here and don't get offered a high price but like... people who thrift aren't necessarily looking for brands and it's really not the store's problem that you spend so much on BABY clothes and want to recover your cost.”
