Myers CarStar Orleans made a unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible!
I was recently involved in a collision which lead me very frustrated as I wasn't at fault. I love my car and have only had it for a short period of time.
I first started shopping different collision centers, and most seemed to not really care until I found CarStar Orleans. I could tell that they wanted to get me back on the road ASAP, and have the work done correctly the first time!
I'm so happy with the work they were able to do. Not only did my car look new again, it was done incredibly fast.
Thank you again, will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for quality collision repairs.

The work was done well, from what I could tell on the day of pick up, had issues with the cleanup. Brian the manager called and made everything right. Yes, would recommend, as they are there to help. Thank you.

My ram 1500 was in there shop for rear bumper changeover, i was given appointment on 25th march, by this time they already had the part in shop. After I dropped my truck at the shop they took forever to install it. The person who answers the call never give right information or eastimate time for repair. Their manager BRIAN rudely told me to keep on calling untill my truck gets ready. They took 20 days put a rear bumber with no body work. The experience of dealing with them was terrible. God save customers from them

So much for a body shop, nobody on site to provide an estimate and they are booked 3 months.

Had my vehicle repaired in November, minor damage, ca't even tell where the damage was. Brian is fantastic, I would highly recommend them, my vehicle looks great and the service was excellent.

Highly Recommend CarStar Orleans, 420 Vantage Drive, 613-834-9538. Car Star Orleans above and beyond exceeds customer expectations!! The manager Brain is friendly, honest and reliable. We needed replacements of weather stripping on all 4 of our windows and he was able to install the new ones for us, free of charge! Unbelievable during these times to have anything done at No Charge. What a blessing! We were expecting to pay for this service. Can't say enough great things about our experience!

I had Carstar repair damages to my vehicle through insurance. Prior to being referred to them, I had called a few body shops and many were two months delayed. In speaking with Carstar, they offered to tow my car to a less busy location. They also offered to complete all of the work in one shot rather than having me return in the fall. In the end, they completed the work despite a parts delay in less than a month.I found their communication was good and they gave me a call the day the car was being towed back. I’d definitely recommend them.

My parked car was hit in July. I was recommended CarStar orleans by a friend. They were only taking bookings for November. So I waited, since it was highly recommended. Now I understand why the wait was so long! They told me the fix would take 5 days and it ended up taking a full month. Which is fine, but the only times I received any updates on timelines was when I went out of my way to call THEM. The dent is completely fixed I’ll give them credit, they did a good job. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know or don’t know . This place was amazing with the old manager the service was wonderful. Now with the new manager it’s a whole mess they never answer the phone very rude and disrespectful after a conversation we had on the phone he hang up on me while talking to him.
