“Once again Donnelly Ford has gone above and beyond for my in-laws who were in the market for a pre-owned car. The car they owned had become uncomfortable for them as they felt it was no longer dependable. We went to Donnelly and met with Jen Ghadban in sales who introduced us to a lovely pre-owned Chev Equinox that was in mint condition with all the bells and whistles, the folks were excited and Jen made it so simple for them. The pick up for the car happened to land on my father in laws 92nd birthday and Donnelly had picked up on that and presented him with balloons, a giant bow and and a crown for the king! Really made them feel special, the sales staff even sang Happy Birthday to the 92 year old - talk about amazing people giving amazing service - thank you Donnelly! You really made it a special day and purchase. ?”

“This is probably the best location I’ve been to for a car rental. I’d been in an accident and they were able to get me booked for a vehicle the same day I brought my vehicle into the shop. The staff was very sympathetic and it was a bright spot in a tough experience. Pick up and drop off were quick and seamless!”
