I had a frustrating experience at the Canada Computers & Electronics in Orleans. They promised to fix my laptop within a week, but it took over five weeks, with minimal communication unless I called for updates. Each time, I received a different excuse: wrong parts ordered, lost shipments, mistakes made by HQ, issues with HQ purchasing processes etc. It felt like I was at their mercy, with my only laptop held hostage. Their neglectful service prioritizes sales over customer care, and the “repair” they supposedly finally completed, which had a limited warranty, failed within weeks. I left vowing never to return, a stark reminder that not all businesses value their customers or take pride in their service.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my goto spot for my electronics requirements, and you can't beat their warranty.

Rather than purchasing a new computer, I signed up for an upgrade on my all-in-one desktop. All 3 technicians that I worked with (I believe were Steven, Patrick and Moussa) were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They only charged me for work they felt was necessary. So far my computer is running quite smoothly and much faster!

Definitely recommend this store, the store manager Patrick is a stand up guy! Fixed my son's computer personally in 20min and didn't charge him as he's student! Good people still exist, thanks Patrick.

If you get a blue screen of death on your PC or laptop don't worry. Bring it on into Canada co.puters and get it fixed within the week ( depends on how busy). Not only do they fix it but they will suggest the best part upgrade to get a better performing PC. They are not pushy sales people. I have brought two PC's to them and after the inexpensive upgrade they work like new. They save all of your data and charge you appropriately. Very good service.

Pat and Kyle were great. They figured out my computer’s issue in no time, fixed it the same day, and found me a product I needed that was discounted.
Great service. I was impressed and will keep retuning when I need anything.

Mousa, in the service department, is a saviour! He helped when I thought no one could. He took calls and paid attention and helped even after the job was complete. Highly recommend! For all you people who put all your eggs in one basket(which I will never do again thanks to him) he’s your man! Gave sound advice and helped above and beyond. Thank you!

This review is for Greg. I came into the store a few days ago needing a new every day use laptop. Greg listened to my needs very carefully and showed me a few options. He answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. After researching the models Greg showed me and looking at the pros and cons of each, I ended up purchasing an Asus laptop. Thanks Greg!

Canada Computers & Electronics is an excellent choice for acquiring computer equipment, such as computers, motherboards, memory, RAMs, SSDs, or even M.2s. The advantage over online purchasing is the immediate availability of products in store. Located in the Ottawa area, this store is also a supplier of tp-link Omada products. In short, it's the ideal place for a 'Geek' like me.
