Tried to cancel an online order via Chat as recommended at store but I get message that my Chat is cancelled because there are no agents. 5 attempts. Called number provided and was on hold for an hour before giving up. Recording kept saying my position in the queue was 2……for an hour, really.What horrible service!

Came to buy stools and forgot my measuring tape. They had one just for people like me. I wanted to try a stool that was on the top shelve, no issues. When we went to order, they didn't have 4 at the store but were able to order it to another store that I was traveling by later that day. The other location had the items at the front, and it was a quick show of receipt, and then I was off.

WORST Customer SERVICE: I bought item and used my promo code with it and asked sales associate if i return so promo code will not be loose she said YES. when i returned the product after 3 days sales associate didn't return/adjust my promo code amount she said you loose your promo code. I asked her why your sales person said to me it will be adjusted, she started arguing not helped to find the solution. First she said check return policy in your email and website it is mentioned you loose your coupon when return. I opened email and website infront of her nothing was there. Why she told me even nothing mentioned over there? i said show me where it is mentioned she said i don't know? I asked her who is your manager she said i am. After that she called another person said she is my manager. She said if you have any issue call to customer service.Never expected unprofessional customer service from Bouclair at this location.I will contact to customer service will update.NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION,Really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Was there today... poor customer service we were totally ignored just got a Sour look with no greeting. Didnt like the energy at all.i guess if u dont look like you have money they ignore you. If only you knew ... thats the vibe we got.insane expensive can get same stuff for half the price at other stores. I dont know how theyre still running this store with those prices. Not great.. no fall colors on anything. Snobby overpriced store. •Wont recommend•wont go back•.Owner; dont bother sending me copy paste robotic reply that does nothing.

I wrote a product review for something I purchased at this store and BouClair sent me an email (many weeks later) thanking me for my review. But my review isn’t on their website, nor are there any other reviews. Seems like a real scam to me. Hey bouclair, don’t have a review section if you’re not open to customers leaving reviews so that other customers know what to expect.
