This was particularly relevant in our situation because we wanted to be on top our vehicle repair status and whether or not it would be repairable or written off.
By keeping us informed we were able to remove all articles of importance to our family. Without this headup the insurance agent would have had our vehicle towed when it was written off without prior notification.”
