Hi guys, staff should learn about products in the store. It took 15 minutes to find a shoe size for me and then told me they don’t have it and THEN checked the computer…. So I left empty handed. Who has time for this when shopping? DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Horrible customer service. Called in to ask for size and color on hoodies and in case you don’t know, the fact you don’t care and not inclined to help over the phone is obvious.Asked her if she was doing this manually as I thought there would be an electronic inventory (like most places do) but then she made me feel like I was the problem. Told her I would drop by in person this week so she did not waste her time.Rude, uninterested and clearly unmotivated. Just purchased 2 hoodies in the last 2 weeks and this is not looking good to buy from that place.

Great experience, I hate going to buy new shoes. But the people working there when I went were great. Really helpful and let me browse at my own leisure. No complaints or concerns.

Manager that works there is awful, follows and talks to people like they’re thieves as soon as they walk in the store. She was highly unhelpful as well. If you ever meet a Kelsey, that’s the manager in particularDont shop there, just order online if anything, you’ll have a better experience

I was so surprised by how awful the service was here. We were the only people in the store, with three associates working. We were ignored and had to chase down the workers to get a shoe size. Once we were finally able to go pay, they were more interested in talking to each other than actually helping us. I love this store but the people who were working really sucked the joy out of the experience.
