“I knew that I found someone I could trust when they saved me hundreds of dollars! Years ago, I had a broken leaf in my leaf spring on one side of my pickup truck. After the dealership told me I would need to replace both leaf springs at $1000 per side, I asked Maxwell's for a quote. They suggested a shop that specializes in this sort of work. That shop replaced the broken leaf for less that $200!
Maxwell's could have taken the job and outsourced it, pocketing a tidy markup, but they didn't. Ever since then, there have been many times when they have saved me more by *not* doing work that I thought my cars needed.

“I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the service front desk. They've always been accommodating, polite, and have looked after my car. They've been accommodating in taking in my car when there was an issue and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment.
They've always explained what needs to be done with my car and if there are any issues, they've sent an email with a photo of the problem and suggestions to fix the issue. They do not try to pressure you into making any unnecessary repairs.
I would highly recommend any work that needs to be done on your car.”

I forget the gentleman’s name but in the evening on night last week? He tossed me 2-3$ out of his pocket to turn the air on. I was POSITIVE there was manual override inside to turn it on; at least at one point I know there was.
This was not the case and buddy without hesitation paid for my air in my bike.
I’m gonna have to into return at some point and find this guys name so I can update and inform management of this kind behavior. Speaks volumes of his character and I genuinely appreciate his help.
