Walmart Supercentre offers Canadians a convenient shopping experience with a wide range of everyday essentials at low prices. Customers can shop in-store or online using their user-friendly app, choosing between in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or fast home delivery. The store features a good selection of electronics, baby essentials, toys, home furniture, appliances, clothing, pet supplies, and fitness equipment from trusted brands. Customer service varies; some staff are friendly, helpful, and go above expectations, like Hope in customer service who was patient and kind, ensuring customer needs were met. Employees in the electronics aisle are appreciated, with one young helper named Ryan providing extra assistance by searching for items and showing friendliness. However, some customers feel that staff could be more engaged, as some employees are busy stocking shelves and less interactive. Shopping carts are limited to single-child sizes, which can be inconvenient for families with multiple children. Additional stores like Winners, Michael's, Dollarama, and Staples are often visited alongside Walmart. For busy families, Walmart offers express pick-up orders for a small fee, ready within two hours, which is convenient—especially if customers remember to bring their own bags, unless opting for prebagged items. Overall, Walmart Supercentre provides accessible shopping with helpful staff and a wide product selection.
Typical Walmart, friendly staff, found what I was looking for

Big line up at customer service and just one lady assisting. I asked a manager for support and said there was no one else available as he was covering for cashiers. Not sure what the point of self checkout is then? When there is a big line, extra staff is needed to ensure good customer service.

I love walking around and imagining what I could by if I had money and if prices weren't so high.
