Had to have our truck towed to Thor with no warning to myself or them, before I even had a chance to call Casey had me booked in, service tech assigned to it, text updates sent to me and the truck was completely repaired and ready to go within 48 hours hours. Very well done Thor Motors especially in the case of a random truck appearing on your lot at midnight the night before. Well done!

Disinterested in clients. 10/19/2024 aprox 10 am. Pulled in and parked right at front door. Driving a late model GMC pickup. One gent outside having a smoke, he turned tail, didn't finish his smoke and went back inside. Two more staff outside.
We walked through all the new trucks, made eye contact repeatedly. Wanted to give Ford another chance after historically being ignored or treated like 2nd class citizen.
Not one person approached, waved, called to us. Maybe we had questions, maybe we wanted to test drive. Not my job to chase you. Sales people should be greeting me in the lot. They have no interest and will not take steps to make a connection with a potential buyer.
No problem. I can take a hint. Got back in my truck, drove to GM and spent $80+K on a new vehicle 2 hours later. Your loss Thor.
To the person who felt discriminated against. It's not your colour, gender, ethnicity. It's THOR. They don't give a hoot about you or anyone else.

The team at Thor motors did a great job helping me with my new vehicle. Friendly, informative, and easy to work with. I was hesitant to commit, wondering if there would be possibly a better deal in the upcoming months and they promised me if there was a better deal that they would give me that deal upon pick up. They honoured that promise when it was time to pick up my vehicle and I got an even better deal than I had initially signed up for. They were very good about taking the time to show me the features in my new vehicle and keeping me updated while my vehicle is being built. They made the process very easy and I will be going back from my next vehicle purchase.
