I am a senior recovering from a bad break in my right ankle. This is the second time I have been to this location in Orillia. I have trouble finding footwear because my right foot is so swollen. The store is clean, organized and well lit but what I really want to talk about is the staff. Every one of them made me feel welcome. I was listened to and they were patient, cordial and polite. Once they knew my needs they were very attentive. They knew their inventory and made suggestions that might fill my personal situation. They didn’t rush me and I am delighted to say that I found two pairs of shoes that were so comfortable. I haven’t worn proper shoes in over a year. I know that I can go to The Shoe Company and find something that fits and is affordable. More importantly I will be treated with respect and get the best service.

Have not been to this location in a long time. Went in looking for a tough size. Kris and Becca went out of their way to help me without being asked. Ended up special ordering. Such a great experience.

This branch of the Shoe Company is great. They have amazing customer service, and they always remind me of rewards I have available to use. The last time I was in, they honoured an expired product reward as well! With three growing boys, I love the selection and the prices are reasonable. I think they are under new management fairly recently, so if you’ve had a bad experience, I recommend going back in and giving them another try.

I love this store. Best shoe company I’ve ever been too, everyone has amazing customer service.Every time I come in to purchase shoes for my husband and I, we are always served by the store manager Becca and she is always so helpful and knowledgeable. All their staff is so friendly. Best shoe store!! They have a good selection of Skechers

Great service and attention from both ladies today. Kendral was extremely helpful asking lots of open ended questions to help her determine what would look best with my dress for an upcoming wedding. Asked me if I had a picture of my dress and I did. I purchased a purse as well as some super cute boots. Very happy with my purchase.

Very nice customer service and nice selection of goods for a small store. The staff are not pushy so that they can make a sale. You can window shop or shop regularly in peace. I’ve bought shoes, sandals and boots from here with no issues and no defects.
