Dropped off e-bike for wife, Prodeco. Was told would look it over, stopped by 2.5 weeks later, hadnt looked at it but thought it was specific type of throttle and would order. 2 Weeks later, was told they had tried to put on other types of throttles (did not order a new one) from bikes they had on site, but wouldnt fit. So, they couldnt fix it. Appears they werent interested in fixing it as it was not one they sold. Would not recommend.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of E-Bikes and scooters, a beautiful show room, and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting on a Taubik- Blackburn TL 48v 15ah . I’ll definitely be back for all of my e-bike needs. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth buying experience. They even gave me a deal on accessories to complete the look I was going for. I could not be happier with my purchase!

Had to give my wife a ride to pick up her EBike because they charge $80 for pick up and delivery when there's a warranty issue. They didn't charge this the first time there was an issue when she initially purchased the vehicle and the motor broke in the first week. According to Dave picking up and dropping off faulty products is a good money maker that it happens all the time. Now my wife's Ebike has broken for the third time with less than 200km on it. Dave offered $40 cash for the pick up but I didn't have cash and also had to pay the tax. I wonder if he was just going to pocket the fee and how many other tax violations they commit here besides selling inferior products that make them money for servicing. I was considering buying one for myself but finding out that they charge for things that should be a service courtesy I have changed my mind. I'm not going buy something when constant warranty issues will make them money out of my pocket.

I was thrilled last summer to receive my "Mom toy" for my 40th birthday. We purchased a 2023 Tao Leo for about $7,000 because I was convinced that they were the best!
I put the first few Kms on the bike, and it quit, leaving me stranded. I called a neighbor with a pick up truck and he came to my rescue. They came and picked up the bike and switched out the back wheel (the motor). The season was closing and I was nervous for the motor to quite again so I didn't put many kms on it before the winter hit.
This summer, I put another 100 km on it and again, it quit and left me stranded again... having once again my neighbor and friend to my recue.
They came 2 weeks ago, picked up the bike and sent to to Tao to be repaired. After hearing that they would provide me with an update on certain days and never hearing from them, I finally got a response and my bike was back from Tao and ready to go. I spoke with Dave and he didn't seem too customer oriented. He said they will deliver, but suddenly there was a $40 delivery charge and I owed them an additional $40 for picking it up to have it serviced. I was able to get a ride there to drive it home... still he wanted $40 cash for the pick up. Okay. We paid. He said to give him notice before coming as the bike was stored in the back. Funny thing is that I just drove past (coming home from work) and my bike was in fact sitting out in the parking lot. I mentioned this and he suddenly changed his story. He confirmed that they took my bike out for a spin and it was working great. I looked at the odometer and there was still 134km... the same number of km as when it was picked up. I asked about it and his story once again changed. The drove it in the parking lot... ok so not really "taking it out for a spin". Everything about this was shady and questionable. I got my bike home without issue (4km). This was just yesterday. Today, I'm 4km into my ride and guess what?? My bike died on me with the same issue I had when they picked it up for service. It was obviously never fixed and I so badly regret ever doing business with these guys. They obviously don't stand behind their product and for a business that boasts customer service, I have yet to see it.
I spent over $7000 and have 142km total on the bike and have had nothing but problems.

First off, I need to praise Super E Bikes amazing customer service and extremely helpful staff! The process of trading in my vehicle for an e-bike was seamless and efficient. Tiana was friendly and helpful - answering all of my questions and made the perfect e-bike recommendation for my needs. I required a delivery for my new Monta Pro 2.0 and Tiana made it happen. She also kept me updated on the ETA of the delivery! Sal and Kevin came by to drop off the bike and we're very thorough in explaining the functions and how to work the ebike properly. I am very happy with the service and smooth process that Super E Bikes provided. I recommend Sal and his team at Super E Bikes Orillia to anyone who is in the market for an e-bike! I am 74 - decided to 'upgrade' my mobility scooter... SuperEscooter offered financing...
The service I got was unbeatable. I had a ton of questions and Grey patiently answered each on.
I wanted a blue scooter - tired of Fortress Red. There were none in stock. Grey called me and seemed to think it was his fault. I laughed and went with the red.
EVERY step of the way, I got updates - Grey called when the scooter came in, he called when it was assembled, he called when it was on the truck (they DELIVERED it to me in Markham!)...
The OWNER (Andrew) delivered it - and I got updates about every 20 minutes. When the scooter came off the truck Andrew spent about half an hour detailing which switch did which, what buttons to push, how to lock and unlock the scooter - When you're my age and non-mechanical, this was fantastic. Then he had me drive it for a few minutes to make sure I was happy with it.
You do not get this kind of service and courtesy and updates from many other places. Every other time I went 'shopping' for a scooter (mineis the ET-3-LS (does everything but make your coffee) the attitude I got was 'this is what we have, take it or leave it, come and drive it off the lot'
I called and asked for a user manual so that I had a reference in case I forgot what a button did - 20 seconds later it was in my IN box.
You CAN NOT beat the service and follow-ups that Grey and Andrew did.
Andrew and Grey should give lessons on customer care and service....
If you are considering a mobility scooter, SuperEbikes is the FIRST place you should go to - I doubt you'll bother looking any further.
